“Michael, our waiter, was outstanding. He was personable, patient and helpful with very good suggestions from the entree list as well as recommending a good wine choice. Without a doubt he added to an enjoyable dining experience. The food was full of wonderful flavors and tastes. The garlic mashed potatoes, crab cake and desert were magnificent. However, the quality of the steaks, especially for the price, was disappointing. Plus, my wife and my steak were slightly over cooked and not as tender as would be expected. Defiantly not what you would expect from a highly rated, somewhat pricy steak house. I will say that the last visit was superb in comparison and the steaks had a very good wood smoked flavor, unlike this time. Consistency is important, knowing what you’ll be getting creates customer loyalty. Regardless both my Wife and I will visit this establishment again, requesting Michael as our server and hoping Prime 88 becomes a mainstay in our community for years to come.”

“We attended their 25th anniversary celebration pairings. The food and drinks were beyond delicious. However the best part of the experience are the people. All the employees, led by Jessica and Nikki, made it so much fun. They are real people who go so far out of their way to make sure their diners are well taken care of. Nikki even remembered my husband is allergic to crab and made sure his dishes were crab free. Jessica seems to be everywhere, taking care of everyone at the same time. It's amazing to see. They are what make it worthwhile to attend. Thank you.”

“It would be 5 stars but the lady that attended my wife and my mother in law was very rude, we ordered over the phone at 9pm and the lady said will be ready in 5 minutes, well, the drive takes 15 minutes, when got there the place was closed already, even though it says it closes at 9:30pm, when my mother in law inquired why it was closed already, this lady rudely replied “I told you 5 minutes”. Somebody should teach her how to treat customers.”

“Our first time eating anything at this Sam's Club cafe. The pizza is very good. It has a thick crust and good amount of cheese. A Really nice marinara sauce and lots of pepperoni. The pretzels look good too.”

“Kelly was a great server and the only reason I have 4 stars. My husband ordered cheese fries for an appetizer. They were not hot or crispy and cheese was in globs. We both ordered the largest rib eyes med rare. They were both tough and chewy and his was rare inside. There was hardly any sour cream on our loaded baked potatoes, but Kelly got us more. Like I said, Kelly was excellent...good service, friendly, and personable.”

“We just left Deep South FamilyBBQ. The food was excellent. For a small restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised that each course came out when needed and everything was hot, not spicy hot. That is the first time we have encountered that in Florida. Fried green tomatoes were perfect, the ribs were moist, the sides were like homemade, and the fried peach pie was to die for… We will be back.”

Paula R. was our server and she was VERY friendly and helpful even in helping us choose our breakfast and giving us her imput on toppings and condiments. She was very professional! The food was EXCELLENT!!!! I the omelet I nhad smothered in sausage gravy was wonderful as was the pancakes! This was one of the best tasting breakfast and service we have had in a very long time. “I can't even begin to explain how enjoyable this place is to eat.
Everyone who works there has a big smile on there face.
I have driven past this place countless time on the way home from work. Today my wife and I decided to give it a try.
The parking lot is the only odd thing, just park out back and walk around to the front. Since it faces main street.
I got the Cuban and my wife got a chicken salad sandwich then we split a very good piece of peanut butter pie.
The food was great and the prices are average.
But I think its the general atmosphere here that is most enjoyable.
You can serve great food but if you got a scrappy server it ruins everything.
I didn't get our servers name but she was really the loudest server there lol.
Very good time we will be back 4 sure”

“Anna Noll served us, during our first visit. The waffle comes weee by far, the best we’ve had! Cold stone and too a canoe are delicious but these cones eeee so fresh and light and crispy!!! The scoopes were huge!!! I ordered the chocolate wit chips and brownies and it was amazing. Loved the outdoor seating area as well, 10/10!!!”

They even returned a credit card that was left. It was a very positive experience to see lots of good people in this world looking out for our seniors!”

Grits were excellent! Quiche could have been a little lighter & warmer but biscuit was good. Hubby had eggs, pancake & bacon. All were good, especially the bacon. Reasinable prices. All pizzas are one size, 10". Crust: Neopolitan with 2+ day fermentation, cooked in a high end Earthstone 160-pa wood fired oven at 900°. It was cooked perfectly for a Neopolitan. Artisanal quality with a slight crisp and airy texture. Great gluten development. Very flavorful crust. Traditional thin Neopolitan texture. Good char. This is traditionally intended to be eaten with a knife and fork and will inherently have some flop like most Neopolitan. 9.5/10. Sauce: Crushed tomato sauce, which tasted like authentic San Marzano tomato sauce. It was very fresh and vibrant, flavorful and minimalistic. Perfect balance with natural sweetness. Contributes to overall flavor. Tasty. 9.5/10. Cheese & Toppings: Loaded. Good mozzarella. Mild Italian sausage and smaller pieces but enjoyable. Very good pepperoni. Canadian Bacon was good. Applewood Bacon were smaller pieces and good but craved more. Chorizo was fantastic and the star of the toppings. Very very good fresh basil. Meatball is a secret off-menu ingredient and was also very enjoyable. 9/10. Size/Value: The base build your own pizza with sauce and mozzarella starts at $11.95 and includes up to 4 toppings. Each additional topping is only $1. As I added 7 toppings, this adds $3 to the base, for a total of $14.95. This was a very good value for an authentic Neopolitan with high quality ingredients. Neopolitan pizzas typically aren't overly loaded and I thought this had a great balance and in no way was sparse. There are several creative signature pizza options for $11.95, as well as a barbones cheese for $9.95 or $10.95 for 1 topping. The concept is authentic Neopolitan pizza with a high end authentic wood fired oven, along with some non-traditional topping offerings. I personally love Neopolitan pizza as that's been my specialty for years. Located in Mariner Square. The restaurant offers 10% Military & First Responders discount, and has some military decor and awards from local owner Rod Scott, who owns the business with his wife Cat. Rod is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel of 32 years and served as a linguist and a counter-intelligence special agent. Rod and Cat appear to be very involved in the local community across Hernando County and have an emphasis for supporting veterans. (Bonus +.1) They also offer a self-serve taproom with a variety of local craft beers from the Tampa Bay Area. They have a food truck that serves the surrounding area. They offer a variety of hosted events such as Karaoke and Sip & Paint. They also have lunch specials as well as kids (10 and under) currently eat free all summer long during dine-in, per each adult pizza purchase. They also offer gluten free crust and vegan cheese options (Bonus +.1)”

I got the cheese burger with an extra slice of cheese and it was so cheesy the cheese was peeking through the wrapper. Also I highly recommend trying this with some chick fil a sauce. Like it together is an unstoppable combination especially with the patty melt.”

“We ordered from just it's just wings for lunch delivery. They came within an hour's time and the food was hot and fresh. However, the wings though they were cooked the skin was rubbery and not crisp. The sauces tasted pretty good but the curly fries were also overcooked. If they had gotten the wings crispier and the fries less well done it would have been a great meal. We are considering trying them again and getting plain crispy wings with sauce on the side to dip. That might be the best way to eat their food.”

For starters, we tried the chicken wontons which were crispy and flavorful. For my main course, I had the large Mongolian Beef with jasmine rice and soup, a generous portion with delicious flavors. My sister ordered the seafood and egg noodles, enjoying the seafood and noodles but finding the squid a bit chewy. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we had an overall enjoyable experience. We definitely plan on returning in the future.”
