The food is great, apart from snails (86 that, quick!). The service was well below par, the server along with managers have very low split vision, but the appertisers makes me overlook anything else...a weak 5 star.
We had the most amazing dinner at Sage Bistro last night! Staff are friendly and attentive and the food was some of the best I have had in a while. It was a little quiet, however we did dine quite late at around 9pm so I can imagine there would likely be a more lively atmosphere earlier in the evening. The service by the host & waitresses were top notch. Very accommodating & friendly. All of our meals were outstanding! I had the pesto shrimp great flavor! My wife had the Parmesan encrusted mahi she loved it. My daughter had the lobster pot pie & raved about it! I highly recommend this place! I will be back!
