“The food is the best!! Exactly like Raising Canes but 100X better. The service is average. Normally it is REALLY cold in there but the resent time I went it was hot .. I also think that the AC might’ve blown up from running so cold all the time.“

“I had a wonderful experience with this Pollo Tropical restaurant, My family took me to this restaurant for dinner so I can get my hungry mess over, The wait time was perfectly 5 or 4 minutes but nothing to worry about that lol. But the employees were friendly aswell! The dinner I ordered, Was black beans and rice. And it was extremely delicious for me! It made me eat more for 2 times at my table.

Mind for myself, I’m gonna visit this place again!

“The service I received from the employee that helped me when picking up my order was a 5/5. 4 stars is due to other employees I saw working with other customers was not up to the same standard. Food was good, pretty much what you expect from KFC the chicken was not as fresh as the other ingredients in my fill up bowl causing it to lose some points overall the experience was good.“

“We just moved to the Cape and this location is the cleanest KFC restaurant I have ever been in my 45 years. Staff was was super nice and good service. I don't understand why people complain about waiting for your chicken being cooked correctly. If you want fronzen chicken nuggets go somewhere else. If you want fresh food wait patiently or cook your own food at home. We will be back!!! Thank you 🙏🏽“

“I usually get a very good chicken salad. It big, lots of chicken and shredded cheese. Today? No. I got a container of lettuce, approx 10 slivers of shredded cheese and a few small pieces of grilled chicken. Normally good but off today“

“We eat here at least once a week. it's the most consistent, best tasting, Chinese fast food IMO. Most of the local Chinese fast food is good but not consistent like the Shanghai at the end of Summerlin in the Publix plaza. Great place!“

“First time we have been inside since the make-over. The outside flows a lot better than before. The inside play area has been removed. More seating area has been added. The inside atmosphere has definitely changed. It is more for families with older kids and older adults. The vibe is different without the play area. Very clean and organized. Great flow. Condiments are available a a minimal way - smaller stations. If you want anything that is not there ask at the main counter - always 5/5 with service. I’m sure this was done to avoid waste of condiments.“
