“They didn't have any crunchy's chicken I would have had to wait 6 minutes so I got something else and the young lady said it was 10:05 and when she gave me the money she gave me a different kind of meals at a cheaper price. So I saved money. I appreciate that. I miss KFC wings so much. She informed me they have whole wings now. I will have to try that. I haven't had a goodwing since KFC stopped selling wings”

“Outstanding employees, they made me feel comfortable in the location even though I could have been considered to be loitering since I was in there for a long period of time due to the fact that I was stranded and I was having trouble charging my phone because my charger broke nonetheless they were welcoming, lent me another charger before leaving and showed concern for my situation. I'm grateful for the children who work here.”

“The experience at this particular store was excellent. We got exactly what and how we ordered our pizza. The manager of the store, Robert, took care of our order himself. Nailed the texture of the crust, ingredients, and flavor in a timely basis!”

“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!”

Came to Double Luck to celebrate my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint. Brandon gave us incredible service from start to finish. Attentive without hovering, great recommendations, and he made the night feel special. Thank you, Brandon!

We started with a few starters and every single one hit. The spicy noodles had the perfect kick with that garlic-chili depth I crave. The short rib was fall-apart tender, rich, and glazed beautifully. The duck was the star for me. Crispy skin, juicy meat, and the balance of savory and sweet was on point.

For dessert we did the rice pudding and the cake, and both were the perfect way to wrap up a celebration dinner. Comforting, not too sweet, and just indulgent enough.

Vibe was lively but still great for conversation. Portions were generous and the flavors were bold without being overwhelming.

Double Luck made turning 40 feel lucky indeed. We’ll be back.

The service was also outstanding, very attentive and friendly. A great experience overall and definitely a place I would recommend.”

“Overall, I had a good experience and really enjoyed my visit. My main disappointment was with the initial welcome from the hostess, as I did not feel properly greeted or acknowledged when I arrived. First impressions matter, and I think this could have been handled with a little more warmth and attentiveness. Feeling the need to mention I was charged the no call no show fee even before the 15 minute grace period was up but not even informed it was being refunded after checking in.

The service from my server and food runners/ server assistants however, was definitely the highlight of my experience. They were attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout my visit. Their hospitality really helped make up for the lackluster greeting.

I did also find the service from the bartenders to be somewhat subpar. There seemed to be a lack of attentiveness and engagement, which took away from what could have been an even better experience.

That said, I appreciate the establishment and what it brings to the community. With a little more consistency in hospitality from the hostess, bar staff or a manager this could have been an excellent overall experience. Thank you. Visit was on Thursday August 27.”
