“We went to the location on Gandy Boulevard today. We were just passing by and saw it so looked up the menu online. At this particular location there was a kiosk to order and no indoor seating. There was a taphouse next-door that had outdoor seating so we grabbed a drink and ate our food there. The portions were large and everything was absolutely delicious! I was delighted to find vegan options. Everything was well seasoned and very flavorful! We would definitely come back again!“

“Even though Ellies has great food, great servers and othe help except Pam who was a different story the first time she was our server. She was pretty miserable and I noticed the busers were doing pretty much all of her work. She just took our order. Busers brought menus, silverware, drinks and even did our refills. One of the other servers on the floor brought us our food. We chalked it up to she was having a bad day and even though I wanted to tip the busers, we did tip Pam! Today we got her again and from what we could tell, nothing had changed! Our opinion, if you don't enjoy working with the public, hit the road before you start causing Ellies to lose customers. We will try again, but if we see her coming to us, we will ask for a different server. No one deserves to be treated rudely!!!! “We stopped in here by happenstance for lunch and we’re so happy we did!! The food was SO fresh and tasty!! The Prosciutto panini was so wonderfully flavorful that I bought a second one to go! We also had the strawberry salad, a breakfast croissant and bowl of fruit and ALL were so flavorful and the best part second only to the flavor of amazing goodness is that the serving sizes were enough to pleasantly satisfy without leaving you feeling stuffed!! The only thing I wish they had was “French fries” but honestly my kids literally get lavender lemonade and fresh rolls every time we go which is almost every Thursday because my kid goes to the Wayne Papy center for dance. Bamboozle has been awesome and a go to healthy and guilt free place for years! (I use to go to the downtown location) and now I go to this one!

“I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!“

“We were in Tampa from out of town. Our British friend wanted some American pizza. I didn't want us to just go to some chain pizza place that he could get back home (except they probably put marmalade on their pizza, or something), so I found this place. I like NY Pizza, I like beer, and I like records, so sounded great. And let me tell you, it was!! We got some pizzas and calzones, and all were excellent! There was great music playing and some sports on the TVs. They also had an excellent assortment of beers that we all enjoyed. Our server, Brett, was really friendly and helpful, answering our questions and giving us recommendations on beers. There was a large selection of records for sale. I saw several that brought back old memories, and I probably would have bought if I wouldn't have had to figure out a way to pack them for the flight home. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place for pizza and beer!“
