“Quick service and good food. The first time here and everyone enjoyed it. Tenders were juicy a little on the salty side but good. Tenders Mac bowl was good but needed a little salt. The ranch was really good. The garlic parm sauce was not my favorite, but it would be really good on toast. My wife liked the fried pickle, and my son got the smokey cheddar wrap, and he liked it.Overall, it is good food and a decent price, especially for Orlando. Will eat here again. They do come with a pickle spear so beware just in case you dislike them ( like me) everything my group ordered was fresh and well liked. “My husband and I usually go to this Chick Fil A at least 3 days a week so he can take a lunch break from working from home and enjoy their nice outdoor patio with some delicious Chick Fil A food.When we got home and I went to get my purse I usually put in the back seat I discovered it wasn’t there!!!It was an expensive Tory Burch black handbag with my Tory Burch wallet (driver’s license,credit cards, cash etc) and keys to our new Mercedes inside!!!I wasn’t sure if I had left in on outdoor patio where I had sit it on the ground next to my chair or if I had sit it on the roof on our car as I put my drink inside the car!My husband told me to call Chick Fil A and it gave an option to reach someone inside the restaurant which I did.It was immediately answered by a young woman and I asked for her name which was Ashley.I was afraid when I asked if someone had found my purse she would say NO but she immediately said she had it and she had found it outside by our table we had sat at and she had it in their office.Of course I immediately took my husband’s keys since mine were in my purse and glad the drive was only a few miles thanking God for someone like Ashley finding my purse!!!When I went to the counter and asked for Ashley I knew she was busy because it was lunchtime and they’re always busy!!I thanked her and was so very grateful I gave her an appreciative hug and was alittle teary eyed with tears of joy!!I wanted to do more maybe give her some cash as a thank you but she was way too busy.Hopefully the Owner will read this and will reward/recognize Ashley for being such an extremely honest and trustworthy employee!! “Every time I visit this location I am very satisfied with the service. The drive through line is usually very short and the employees are very nice. I have never had issues with the food I have ordered. It is 10/10 quality Chcik-fil-A food. I have dined in, mobile-order pickup, and drive through and everything has always gone smoothly. I love getting their macaroni and cheese, as it is the best I have found from a fast food chain.“

“Went to the Disney Springs location tonight and it was great! Friendly staff, great food for a great price. With it being a little chilly outside for Florida the outside heaters were great. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely be back.“

“I genuinely thought that I already wrote a review for this one but I must have missed it. We were passing through the area and had some time to kill at lunch time. PDQ is always a safe choice for us to dine as their food doesn't cause any gastrointestinal issues for my family. They weren't super busy when we got there and we got our food ordered right away. On this occasion I tried their spicy chicken sandwich minus the PDQ sauce. Instead I got some of their Sriracha to go on it. I got a side salad with my meal as I'm not supposed to be eating potatoes anymore. This is the first time I was dining in and served a side salad in it to go container. I get the lemon chili vinaigrette to top it with as it is very tasty with just a bit of heat. My companion got their usual grilled tenders which they thoroughly enjoyed. They looked a bit more well done than usual but tasted fine. We both had their fresh squeezed lemonade as it is truly fantastic. The story itself is well lit with plenty of seating, including accessible seating. There is accessible parking in the lot but not an accessible door. Employees are generally very helpful which makes a bit of a difference. “I don't usually go to Chick Fil A, or a lot of fast food places for that matter, let alone dine in, but I will say the food was delicious. I really came here to say that the cashier, Mya, was very cheerful and welcoming, seemed like she was enjoying her job. I'm guessing it's because the company has high standards and trains them well. Reminds me of Publix employees but even happier. The guy that delivered the food to my table was a little over the top with happiness, like overkill, by addressing me as "my friend" and then addressing the next table he served as "my friends"; not sure if that's what he was taught by management or he adopted that as his signature greeting but I found it fake and annoying. But props to Mya!!“

“We had to check out PDQ after hearing such good things about it considering we don't have one up North. My brother even said it is better than Chick-Fil-a believe it or not. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, the classic crispy sandwich and then also got a side of fries and a side of mac & cheese. We split everything so we could judge it all instead of buying everything individually and running up the bill.Overall, I loved it. The spicy chicken sandwich had such a good flavor and spice to it. The heat profile was nothing super crazy which made it very delicious to eat. The waffle fries are very good here too. It definitely gives off the vibes of it's chicken competitors but it seems the focus is more on the different kinds of chicken and spice levels. The interior is nicely themed and it makes it a great spot to sit, even though we got it for takeout. I really liked the whole overall experience for a fast food place. It's pretty great.“

“치맥 (chimaek) celebration at the Dr. Phillips location. This is my favorite Korean fried chicken chain that I've been going to in New York! I was so glad to see that they had one in Orlando, and now there is one in Dr. Phillips! I love this location and we had so much fun drinking soju, beer, 소맥 (somaek), and eating such delicious chicken and 떡볶이 (ddeok-bokki). They have so many different sauces, so there is definitely something for everyone. It was my first time trying the Rose' Ddeok-Bokki and it was SO good! Check out this location!“

“We were a party of three. I not only enjoy Chick-fil-A for their wonderful tasty menu, but also for their consistency from store to store. No matter where you go, it seems, the food is always delicious. This time, however, two of the meals seemed like they been sitting around for a while.. definitely did not live up to my expectations for a Chick-fil-A location. And the atmosphere was good even it was pretty busy just around 12:45 PM. I’m not trying to Chick-fil-A just letting Management know that we have to watch more closely how long the food is sitting before we serve it. I’m sure there’s a balance between getting the food out fast in getting the food out fresh. We got the food fast this time around. I did notice what appeared to be the manager working very hard bringing food out to people even outside the store into the mall. You go man!“

They catered our church program and everyone enjoyed every delicious bite from the Lemon Pepper Turkey wings & chicken, the finger licking chicken wings, fried wings, yams, mac & cheese, peas & rice.
