“I have celiac disease and my son has a gluten intolerance. I made that clear when we ordered. The person who assisted us did their best to make sure we were safe and they were genuinely amazing. The line worker that they had to repeatedly ask for our meat from was not. She rolled her eyes multiple times and loudly insisted we couldn't be guaranteed a safe experience. Despite her insistence, and her keeping my 7 year old waiting 20+ minutes for his meal, seemingly intentionally, he was extremely pleased to simply be able to eat at the same restaurant as the rest of his family. No cross contamination occurred, as I can tell immediately (and violently within 15 minutes). He enjoyed it so much that we will in fact be back and I swear if that line worker rolls her eyes one more time there will be words exchanged.“

“Today we had a delicious and fun lunch at The Madras Cafe. I ordered a Thali lunch special. There was so much food I couldn’t finish! The Chana Masala is delicious. The green bean/onion/pepper curry was delicious. Our server, Fernandes, took great care of us and was happy to explain anything we wanted to know about the different dishes. One of us had a birthday and they brought us a special dessert on the house. We ordered extra food to take home and enjoy later. We are definitely going back.“

“We love it here been coming here since twenty years ago. You can dress up or dress down. Go with your family or for a romantic dinner. It’s just a great authentic Japanese experience and the chefs who cook at the table are amazing and so kind and friendly“

“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

“Absolutely wonderful, fine dining Italian dinner at Epcot! It’s a gorgeous and classy dining room with incredibly kind and gracious hosts who checked us in and then led us to our table. Gian Marco was our very nice server who took great care of us. We started with good rolls dipped in olive oil, bread sticks, and the fried calimari appetizer. The squid rings were the most tender and tastiest we’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife had the Italian “surf and turf”, Mare e Monti, which was a delicious braised beef short rib and lobster ravioli. I had the Salmone, which was a nice piece of grilled salmon served atop mashed potatoes over diced tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies. It was fantastic! We finished this gourmet meal with the tastiest Tiramisu and a Cannolo. The perfect end to a perfect meal. We spoke with Sarah, one of the managers, and she explained that much of the staff are actually from Italy and are working here and gaining experience at a resort style restaurant. They all work together to provide the hospitality and dining experience that must be savored and celebrated!“

Their asst manager personally drove the missing items directly to our hotel and even threw in some free dessert! They went over and above to quickly address and fix the issues! “This place is such a hidden gem. It’s a really chill cafe, they sell small potted plants, incredible pastries, milk teas and lattes. I gift treats to my clients from here sometimes and it’s always a hit. The spicy cheese cookies are fantastic in tomato soup or crushed over salad, or air fried with Parmesan. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, eager to answer questions and offer samples. “We visited Salt and Straw yesterday evening with our two kids. Even though it was really crowded, the line moved fast and the employees were all super efficient. And despite having a line all the way to the movie theatre, our scooper Nevin and cashier Julia took the time to ask us how our day was going and made sure we got exactly the flavors that our family was happy with! “I had such a spectacular, amazing, and special moment, and I’m so glad I chose this restaurant because it made the experience even more memorable for my partner and me!

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The valet took great care of us, the restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted and seated immediately.

We had a lovely waiter who took the time to explain everything on the menu. Since this was our first time here, he also gave us some background on the restaurant, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The food was AMAZING! Honestly, it was some of the freshest and most delicious food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For my appetizer, I had the octopus, and it was soft yet firm and absolutely delicious! Not long after our first order, we were served our next course, and oh my gosh! I had the lamb, and it was SO good! The raspberries and the sauce that came with it were incredible. My partner also had a New York strip, which he really enjoyed!

Between each course, the staff was extremely attentive. Within minutes of us finishing, they cleared everything from the table and replaced our plates and silverware for the next course. The service was truly exceptional.

Then came dessert, and that was when I received the biggest surprise of all! My partner, along with the staff, surprised me with beautiful desserts, and mine had the words “Will You Marry Me?” written on it. That truly put the cherry on top of an already perfect experience!

The staff seemed genuinely happy and excited for us, which made me feel so overjoyed. Everyone around us was incredibly sweet and congratulated us. It made such a special moment feel even more magical.

Afterward, we went out onto the balcony, took pictures, and watched the sunset. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the sun setting around us. It was the perfect ending to such a beautiful moment.

This experience was completely worth it, and I would recommend this restaurant a thousand times if I could! Thank you so much to the entire staff for helping make such an important day so special for my partner and me, and for being a part of a moment we will remember forever.“
