“On vacation from the UK, went to First Watch in Fort Lauderdale 5 years ago and loved the Breakfast so when I returned to the USA after 5 years just had to look them up in Orlando, in smell as I walked in was amazing! Nothings changed, great Breakfast and Great Service, I’ll be back this week!“

“Osteria is really an excellent restaurant. To me, excellent cuisine is all about the flavor. And the combination of flavors, yet without compromising the distinct flavors of the herbs and spices used, is a highpoint of this establishment. Today, for lunch, we enjoyed the tomato basil and cream of mushroom soups. The tomato basil was hearty and impeccably seasoned. The cream of mushroom was not overly rich and chock full of mushrooms--incredible. The soups, paired with the Osteria house salad made for a perfect lunch. Our sons opted for the classic Margherita pizza. Their comment, "to die for!" Finally, I will not patronize a place if they act as though I am doing them a favor by patronizing their restaurant (or whatever). Quite the opposite at Osteria. From the owner, Steve (who we met 2 years ago, to the wait associate (Kevin) today, all are both gracious as well as exceedingly responsive to any request. If you wish a delicious meal, within the context of a casual, albeit very nice setting, Osteria is worthy of consideration. This has and will remain a go-to destination for our family whenever visiting Reunion Resort and the Champions Gate area!“

“Food was good and service was okay. I loved the sautéed shrimp which was covered in black pepper sauce and came with crispy spinach. Tuna tartare was good too. Tiger roll was great but took forever to come. I think our server forgot about our roll and we had to remind him when we were almost done with our dinner. For the price, you can find much better food and service elsewhere but it’s convenient if you are staying in Omni.“

“We are from Lakeland and always drive up here to enjoy the food and atmosphere. Our waiter Moe this evening was very nice and Ethan, the host, was also kind and great to talk to. The food here is delicious and the people are nice. We got the 4 for $40 deal which is an amazing promotion going on for the summer. I highly recommend this place! Shoutout to both Moe and Ethan! “This is the second time we used OpenTable at Ovation - Davenport and this is the second time they didn't have our reservation. We noticed a decrease in a lot of the seafood on the plates but an increase in price. Food wasn't bad but nothing to write home about.“

“Absolutely wonderful, fine dining Italian dinner at Epcot! It’s a gorgeous and classy dining room with incredibly kind and gracious hosts who checked us in and then led us to our table. Gian Marco was our very nice server who took great care of us. We started with good rolls dipped in olive oil, bread sticks, and the fried calimari appetizer. The squid rings were the most tender and tastiest we’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife had the Italian “surf and turf”, Mare e Monti, which was a delicious braised beef short rib and lobster ravioli. I had the Salmone, which was a nice piece of grilled salmon served atop mashed potatoes over diced tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies. It was fantastic! We finished this gourmet meal with the tastiest Tiramisu and a Cannolo. The perfect end to a perfect meal. We spoke with Sarah, one of the managers, and she explained that much of the staff are actually from Italy and are working here and gaining experience at a resort style restaurant. They all work together to provide the hospitality and dining experience that must be savored and celebrated!“

Their asst manager personally drove the missing items directly to our hotel and even threw in some free dessert! They went over and above to quickly address and fix the issues! We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. “This Volcano Hot Pot and BBQ was the best our family has been too. The service today was impeccable. The food was fresh. The selection was large and they did not rush us or freeze us out. Even when there were some rude patrons, the team worked together to make sure everyone had what they needed. The sweet tea was not diabetic. The food was flavorful. They did not let our paper burn or our soup burn. This is by far was the best hot pot experience we have had yet!“

“Kim was our server on Thanksgiving, and her customer service was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and she even had fun interacting with our children, which we appreciated so much.

We also noticed the table next to us giving her a very hard time—particularly one extremely rude man. We felt terrible that she had to deal with that on a busy holiday night, but she handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. Honestly, whoever that man was could use an attitude adjustment, as even his family didn’t seem happy to be around him.

Despite all of that, Kim stayed positive and continued giving her very best to everyone she served. We were incredibly grateful for the care and kindness she showed us. Thank you again, Kim, for taking such wonderful care of us on a holiday night. You truly made our experience special.“

It is expensive, don’t get me wrong, even with the dining plan it’s 2 credits, but this restaurant delivered. \nThe staff was very professional and definitely up to the task to deliver service matching the price level. We were seated at a different table without a fuzz when we didn’t appreciate the proximity to the air conditioner outlets at the first table. It was great that this was possible. At the table the waitstaff was very accommodating and friendly. Really great!\nThe food was delicious! Although the portion size was on the smaller side when someone is paying the price on the menu. They’re large enough to not leave hungry, but could be slightly bigger. They’re large enough desserts on the other hand were perfect portion size wise and even for the price on the menu ok. \nAll in all I would come back here any day and we were very, very happy with what we got here.
