Wonderful people. The statement about bones in the catfish is absurd. If you want no bones order the filets. They offered to give me a Thanksgiving meal from their family meals as the restaurant was closed for the holiday.
I’ve ate at every seafood restaurant in Florida that I’ve ever found from the Everglades to the panhandle on both coasts and many of them have been in fancier buildings and on fancier plates but none were any better than this place! I’ve only ate here three or four times but every time has been excellent, the first few times I had the fried mullet , cheese grits and potato salad, this last time I had the scallops, shrimp, deviled crab and mullet with hushpups...read full review
