This is THE hidden gem in Clearwater and my new favorite restaurant!! I can't believe I haven't gone until now. Darina and Zdravko are SO wonderful. Right of the bat, you see Darina in her element from their open air kitchen and Z greeting you at the door. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. We loved the decor, food, and service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The live piano music was a delightful background for the evening. We enjoyed a lovely Croation Pinot Noir with dinner and a smooth walnut liqueur after dinner. My penne with pea and pancetta disappeared completely. When I saw the portion I was certain I’d be taking a doggie bag home. But it was so delicious I couldn’t quit eating it.
