“We come to this Portillo’s very couple months and drive over a hour just to eat here after loving it when we moved up to the chicago area and were so excited to see one come to Springfield IL after we moved back home. it’s always such a great experience for the kids but today we were very disappointed the food was not very good at all and the place was so dirty, nothing was filled, straws or ketchup and every table in the place was dirty, there were a lot of workers but no one cleaning up. I had to ask a worker for something to clean one of the tables with just so we had a clean table to eat at. what looked to be a manager was at a table on the phone.“

“Chick-fil-A is my favorite place to get breakfast. Yeah, breakfast. If you order before 10:30, I highly recommend their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. My wife likes their Chick-n-Minis.

“The food and and service is amazing I got my on time , it came out fresh and delicious and I have no complaints about the staff , they’re putting in good work , the only downside about walking into this place is unfortunately the air conditioning, I’d recommend coming in a tank top and some shorts because it’s like walking into a sauna and that’s the last thing I’d want with this summer time heat already doing the same“

“Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.“

“Today I came in to get my lunch. I met an amazing guy who works here. His name is Chris, blue eyes, young. He complimented me on my outfit and it was a nice gesture. I was having a little bit of a rough day and he definitely made it better. Kindness goes a longgg way. He’s just so full of positive energy. He has the type of smile that can just light up an entire room. He’s so polite and happy. I really love coming across people like him. Chris bless your heart you are an angel 💖💖💖“

“Swung by for a quick bite or so I thought. After ordering the wait was nearly 20 mins before the food to came out. Seemed like they had some Uber Eats orders but still surprised it took so long due to the fact that there was only one other customer inside.

In any case, always love the generous portion of overflowing fries! Accompanied by a Cheeseburger with all the toppings. Definitely got a bit messy when the bottom bun started breaking apart but that's the sacrifice one must make having a loaded burger, lol

My son is autistic, and was very impatient and acting out. While we waited, actually only a few minutes, one of the staff member gave my son a fries on the house to make things easier.

“Pastelitos Abuelo Juan is a food truck at Showcase of Citrus in Clermont. I have bought chicken as well as cheese empanadas at this food truck on two occasions and they were delicious! My favorite empanadas place in Orlando. They have different sauces that go with the empanadas. The staff is very nice, the food is ready in a timely manner and the order was accurate both times. If they were closer to my home, I would buy their empanadas weekly.“

“I got a delicious chicken Philly super warm, cheesy and scrumptious. I also love wild cherry Pepsi. It’s my sweet treat. I so rarely allow myself. I was super excited to see cherry Pepsi on fountain. Kassidy was super friendly chatting with us while making our sandwich. All the staff were friendly, working hard and smiling. Kassidy definitely stood out.“

“This Taco Bell saved me a trip from the hospital.
I haven't had Taco Bell in almost 20 years due to the absolute gut bomb that had fled my system when I was a kid - scarring me from experiencing this fast food chain.
Going to the bathroom and being "regular" has never been an issue for me. This past week I experienced some constipation and by the end of the week I was very stressed. I tried everything. Magnesium citrate, extra fiber, Tums, probiotics. I was just wasting my hard-earned money trying to find the fix. Until my coworker suggested I go to Taco Bell, knowing this is something I always preach being against. I was so desperate for solutions that I decided to try it for the first time in 2 decades. This was a monumental decision for me. I knew this food was not for the weak. I was suggested to get a bean burrito, a grilled cheese burrito, a steak quesadilla, and extra red sauce. I showed up to this Taco Bell at around 11 pm after my shift and ordered all these items. It was waiting for me immediately after the order was placed. I could smell the grease and questionable beef coming from this establishment as soon as the window opened so I could pay and take my food. When I got home the first item I ate was the bean burrito. I got 3/4 of the way through before I ripped the most ungodly fart and quickly realized company was coming. I sprinted to the toilet and unleashed days worth of back up in my system. I went to the bathroom and cleared everything out of my body 8 times in under an hour. I powered through and consumed each item I ordered, having absolutely no regrets of the chemical warfare that was ultimately inevitable at this point. I have no plans to enjoy these laxative-based burritos anytime soon, but if I ever experience constipation the way I did, I'll save my money and return to Taco Bell.“
