“I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order.
They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.

The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.“

I want to start by saying, I did not expect to witness what I did tonight from the staff but how glad I am that I did. To the manager I spoke to tonight, you know who you are, I want to reiterate again that you guys are amazing for what you do. In today’s society, that kind of attitude and respect is so lost in general morals but boy do you guys break societal norms.

To the owner of this specific location and the general manager, I would love to speak with you guys personally. Your staff goes above and beyond with stellar teamwork. Your management (or at least the one gentlemen I have seen) is exceptional in leadership and communication. I want to find a way to highlight and acknowledge your store, your employees, your hard work and dedication and more-so the stories there.

I have only been this passionate once before and I will tell you that I am a woman who will make waves when inspired. You have earned a new regular, supporter and respect.

Way to go to the team that was working tonight and the food and service will be one that I will NEVER forget.“

Went tonight and well, looks really different they have fast tracked this drive thru for serious numbers. wow, I almost got scared off by all the ipads waiting to take my order, but it was easy, even for this old guy. Same reliable chick fil-a. memories. was great“

“I haven't had PDQ in probably 7 years. One of my friends had mentioned last week it was so good, so today I went by and got a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich, a mac n cheese, and a sweet tea. The place was super busy, but the line traveled very quickly. If you're from the South you know that when I say their mac n cheese tastes like someone from church made it I'm not lying! And the sandwich is incredible. For how expensive Chick-Fil-A is getting, PDQ is on par with the price of our order for 3 people and it's a lot better quality. I'm coming here all the time now!“

“Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.“

“Today I came in to get my lunch. I met an amazing guy who works here. His name is Chris, blue eyes, young. He complimented me on my outfit and it was a nice gesture. I was having a little bit of a rough day and he definitely made it better. Kindness goes a longgg way. He’s just so full of positive energy. “I ordered online and my food was ready right at the pickup time, which I really appreciated. I arrived a little early and loved that they had high tables available to wait comfortably. The food tasted amazing, definitely worth it! It did get a bit messy quickly, but that’s expected with most good burgers. Overall, a great experience and I’ll be back!“

“Nate is the real MVP at this Taco Bell location! Everytime I come here they’re decently busy and Nate is always so kind, patient and apologetic for any wait that occurs. He’s always treated me with courtesy and kindness and is a true breath of fresh air in the world of fast food drive thru’s where many times I’ve felt like just a number in a queue… pay, wait… no acknowledgment, food finally shoved through the window with no eye contact, and a window that just slams shut…. “Say what you like about taco bell, but its cheap and a it tastes great. Fed 4 people for $35. Can imagine it would be a fortune back in the uk.
Drive thru was busy and unsure what to order so popped inside. Self serve screen with all items customisable. Combo boxes worked out best options and everyone enjoyed and cheap and easy win after a day at the parks in orlando.“
