“Pretty good, I got the beef bowl with white rice the taste is great just wish it had a little more beef in it to get more of a bang for my buck but I plan on getting it again. The wings are hitting in a good way they're wings are fat bigger than Wingstop and delicious I'm definitely getting those again. Didn't care for the beef corn dog though the batter for the dough tasted like it need more time to cook all the way.“

Me and my grandma walked in and was immediately welcomed into the establishment.
I ordered Fries, Chicken Tenders, A Green Apple Lemonade, And Magoo Sauce. On the other hand, my grandma ordered Fries, A Chicken Sandwich (With no pickles, in which they got rid of the pickles.) The chicken had flavor, was moist, crunchy, crispy, and greasy, and the crinkle-cut fries were soft and hot, the soda machine was working, and the Magoo sauce was phenomenal. Also, it was cheap. Not to mention, there was little to no trash on the floor. When I’m craving chicken, i’ll make sure to go to Huey Magoo’s! 🐔“

“I had a great experience tonight at this PDQ. In the past I've always had an ok experience with PDQ in general, but this time was different. The food was great and the service given to us by the gentleman who took our order, Calvin, was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and friendly while taking our order, and when he wasn't taking orders he was checking on us and other guests as well as making sure the dining area was clean and neat. If he is not a manager PDQ is doing a disservice to their customers and should promote him. This was honestly some of the best fast food service I have received, right there with Chick Fil A.“

“I love the food, very fresh and delicious. I have become a regular customer, average 3 times a week. I have been asking for more beans than rice because I’m on a GLP1 and the beans are better for me than the rice. That seems to be an issue for whatever reason. It always seems to be a bit or miss. I’m also charged a different amount almost every time I go…???
My only real complaint is that if you want the skin that is COOKED on the breast, you have to pay for it!!! I asked the owner what they do with it, and he told me that it gets thrown out!! What?!?! Why not give it to the customer since it is a part of the chicken?? Can you imagine going to a restaurant and being told that you have to pay for the skin?? It’s almost enough reason to not go back. It’s simply the point of the matter. My main reason for the 4 stars.

The prices are right.
The sauces are balance and the serving generous.

I was dining in with family and there was some rare mistakes in the order, very minor but I checked them with him and he fixed it immediatetly. So thank you Ricardo!“

“Food is really good. Sometimes a little cold or small quantity but good flavor. HOWEVER, they can't seem to get any of my orders right! Always missing something. Today, I checked to make sure the sides were all there and left happy that I wouldn't have to make another trip back. Well, my sandwich was a dry bun with no pickles. I give up. 7 visits and not one single order correct. All missing sides, and yesterday they gave me fries and forgot the chicken. Thankfully I was still in the parking lot. Eat there. Don't take anything to go. That's my advice. Easier to walk up to the counter to get what they forgot to give you than to drive back to get it. I will continue to eat there, the flavors are wonderful, I just wish I could get my orders right. It really is good food!“

I lived in Chicago for several years & discovered these types of restaurants on the Southside & Westside they were on point, So when I was informed about this Snappers & finally ate there I felt at home & would bring all friends who visit me from Chicago there. It’s truly the spot, the service & the cleanliness was very noticeable upon entry.& the best fried foods I’ve eaten todate . However, I’m partially too Catfish nuggets Side order. & that was on point. Oh, I forgot the carrot cake it’s on point. My Birthday is in July on the 8 th so I’m going definitely order so dishes from there & that delicious carrot cake. Now all the advertisement are still posted in drive thru and on the windows. Get to the window and they tell me we're out of biscuits and I can get another side. Well I don't like the other sides so can I have a chicken sandwich or 3 tenders
The manager says no. Ok I'll wait for the biscuits but would like five since your making me wait. Compensate the customer at least. Did not offer a drink, an apology or nothing. So now I'm waiting 10 mins for 4 biscuits. You advertise a deal you have discontinued which is false advertisement because it's even online.
They did redeemed themselves! The young man at the window went over and beyond. He gave me 7 biscuits and apologized. I only asked for one extra but the fact that he did more than the manager on duty deserves some form of appreciation fpr his commitment to customer service. Maybe he should be the manager or assistant manager. The chicken was fresh, hot, and, spicy as ordered. The fries were as expected. Management please note the young black man in drive thur saved you from a bad review as well as a complant to corporate. Take down all the advertisement for the Freddy box of you don't have it.“

I would recommend getting a large even if you’re not hungry. I love their sauces. The Polynesian one was nice, but I love barbecue. Their salad was good surprising we had a chicken noodle soup.
