“This place is honestly a hidden gem… I say this because it is in the corner of the Coconut Creek Promenade lodged between two loud bars (They have noise canceling walls and doors). But inside you will find a high-quality Sushi/hibachi Restaurant with very decent prices and great drinks. The service is really good (Unlike the surrounding restaurants… ) and everyone who works there is very friendly. I’m a local to the area and go here very often. And seriously the sushi is so so good. “The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. I found this hidden gem looking for a new place to host my calligraphy events and it's perfect! “Summer Wood Cafe a new place in town we didn’t know existed for the past year. It was clean and welcoming. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. What a special treat it was for all of us!“
