“I like going here for their Tropic shop meals. The food is typically fairly fresh. You need to be on top of the order takers as they are prone to mistakes when taking your order or fulfilling the order. Overall good food and good value. I started using the app Camera order in advance so I can merely pick up Through the drive-through. Otherwise it could take time if ordering in store.“

“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! You will love the food and the service as well! Thank you Dubraska! Will see you again soon!“

“I had an excellent experience at Pollo Tropical thanks to Ivan at the cash register. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Ivan greeted every customer with a warm smile and was knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the perfect meal. His efficiency and positive attitude truly enhanced my visit. I appreciate great service, and Ivan delivered just that! Highly recommend visiting when he’s on duty!“

“Chicken sandwich: great (no heat) breading flavor and crispiness, good sized moist chicken breast, nice brioche bun, good slaw and homemade pickles were different but hard to describe with only 4 slices to go on. Chicken wings and waffle: great ("hot" heat) breading flavor and crispiness. I like hot, but not the hottest level at most places usually and this was mild enough that I will step it up next time. The wings were on the medium size at best. At first the waffle seemed it was going to be lame since it was hard to cut as it would stretch like an already syrup coated waffle that was reheated in the microwave. But it surprised us with a fried dough flavor and texture that was different, but really enjoyable. Mac was average, will try other sides in the future.“

“Listen…The Peri chicken tenderloins are seasoned to perfection and cooked just right maintaining its juiciness. The fresh, toasted ciabatta bun adds a delightful crunch, and the homemade perimayo is a spicy and creamy delight. The staff at this restaurant is exceptional - friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring your dining experience is fantastic.
