“This place was a wonderful surprise! It is Latin fusion, and they do a great job. $34.99 all you can eat, but they bring it to you. This is not a buffet. It's 5 courses and you can have all you want. Ceviche, sushi rolls, croquets, lomo saltado, NY Steaks, pasta, chips and salsa, and even ice cream. The biggest surprise was the quality and flavor of the food. It was excellent. And the service was quick and friendly. They give you 90 minutes to eat all you want. Go back to the courses you really like and double up. Enjoy it. Oh, they have $24.99 all you can drink Mon-Fri as well, and it includes margaritas, mojitos, select beers and wines and Prosecco. Talk about value for your money. This is a hidden gem, and I am not gate keeping. Run to Boca House today.“

“I’m leaving a review based off the new brunch menu they have on Sundays. First I’ll start with drinks, it was perfect. The balance of flavors they used to execute for their new brunch cocktails was 10/10. Second the food, we ordered the Sando chicken sandwich and the crab and avocado toast. Both were divine. I’ve been searching for the perfect fried chicken sandwich and this one hit all the right marks. The chicken was tender and juicy, with just the right amount of sauce coated on the chicken. One of my favorites, and the avocado and crab toast was so fresh and delicious. Our server Hannah was very sweet, and very attentive. Will definitely be back next Sunday for the brunch menu and that chicken sandwich. Thank you to the manager Gerald who was so kind and let us know about their brunch menu. This place is a must visit if you’re in Hollywood.“

“As always Eddie V'a doesn't disappoint. Our server Byron was attentive and most helpful in helping to select side dishes for the table, as well as answering all questions we had. We were there to celebrate my husbands birthday and the table was set beautifully with birthday confetti and a birthday card. The food was delicious as usual. I had the Parmesan crusted sole which was wonderful and could feed 2 people easily. My husband and our friends all had steak and they raved about how tasty they were. The surprise birthday dessert of bananas flambé was just incredible and perfectly sized for the 4 of us to have a sweet bite! Our friends said that dinner was so good that Eddie V's would now be their go to steak place. Thank you EVs for a terrific night of celebration!“

“Reservation was for 7:30pm and when we arrived we were immediately seated. Restaurant seemed bright for dinner service. 30-45mins into dinner they dimmed the dinning room. Drinks were ok but not to the level for this establishment. We ordered crab cakes and oysters Rockefeller. Oysters were great. Crab cakes were a little underwhelming. We went with the 50oz waygu tomahawk, medium rare, truffle mashed potatoes, corn pudding, cream spinach. The steak was amazing and almost fell apart in your mouth. Truffle Mashed Potatoes and corn were great but cream spinach was not and we did not finish it. I have to say that the service level was top of line and a highlight of dinner. All in all just a good dinner but not great especially for a Michelin Nod restaurant and the price point. There are better steak houses in Ft Lauderdale.“

“These guys are THE BEST. Not only is the food just as amazing as it’s always been (I’ve been a semi-regular for nearly 25 years), but the staff and management are top notch. Recently my best friend passed and his brother knew he loved Catfish Dewey’s, so he wanted to have a dinner there with local friends, neighbors, and colleagues. I went in and spoke to Joe, the manager. He assured they’d make it happen and they did so, flawlessly and with great attention to detail. They managed a party of nearly 48 people in addition to their regular clientele, even bringing in extra staff to help with the event. These folks went out of their way to make sure this special event went flawlessly and it did. The waitresses, whose names I cannot remember (I told you I wouldn’t…sorry! Ha!) were amazing. Food runners, on point. Bartenders, outstanding. Management, excellent. There’s a lot of love and care in this establishment and it should be celebrated. There’s not enough of that these days. Support local businesses who care, especially those with GREAT food AND great people like Catfish Deweys.“

“We loved our food with great service! The mussels in a garlic marinara sauce were the best but more bread to dip would have been appreciated. I had Broiled Scrod with garlic roasted green beans topped with roasted red peppers. Others had broiled scallops, shrimp scampi, fish and chips. The fish dishes were delicious and being from Eastern Canada on the seashore, we were more than delighted to have had such great seafood in South Florida! Kudos to the Chefs and Kitchen Staff!! “I loved this restaurant but last time I went I did not like the fact that one of the bartenders Michelle reserved bar stools for people she might know but were not there. As far as I know bar stools are available first come first served. Restaurants was packed and people were looking for seats she puts me yes and told people those seats were take. When no one was there She also told another couple that the steak wasn't worth $32 You should look and watch this kind of service“

“We had the calamari, twin lobsters, ravioli, broccolini, all were fantastic! Fresh, tender, buttery, exceptionally WOW. The service was on point, food was warm, beers were cold. We were there on a Saturday, parking was ample as other businesses were closed, the spot is on the corner. We are going back for more and remember you can BYOB. Thank you.“

All of the reviews I've read on this place is what made me come here except for the ridiculously entitled people who complain about having to wait an extra 10 minutes. To attack a business because they're busy and they're doing their best to get you a seed is selfish and shows how much you think the world revolves around you. “We went this evening after seeing a friend post the menu. WOW!!! We sat right at the bar and had the Drunken Mussels app, gumbo, shrimp poboy, and shrimp taco. What a GREAT meal. The staff was friendly and top notch. We met Chef Joe who obviously has passion, talent, skill and fantastic people skills and enjoyed chatting with him just as much as his creations. “We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW.
