“JuanCafe is a hidden gem with truly authentic Colombian food. The flavors are delicious and immediately transport you to Colombia, especially when you go for lunch and order a corrientazo, just like it is called in Colombia. It feels like sitting down for a real Colombian midday meal.

The bakery is excellent. The empanadas, buñuelos, and papa rellena are unique, fresh, and full of traditional flavor. Everything tastes homemade and prepared with care.

My favorite dish is the mondongo soup. It is rich, comforting, and exactly how it should be. If you are craving real Colombian food, this place delivers authenticity, quality, and the true taste of Colombia.“

“Ordered chicken and pork empanadas for starter. Bellini with peach was amazing. Three sliders entree gives you the flavors of their tender and juicy meats with plantain fries. Can't miss with ropa vieja tender with a little crisp. Finished it off with mango cake. The entire lunch, atmosphere, music and staff exceeded our expectations! Definitely recommend the Miami Beach location. Sit close to the street for additional and unexpected treats.“

A True Taste of Colombia in Miami!

Mi Pueblo serves authentic Colombian food that truly feels like home. I was beyond pleased with the sancocho de costilla — honestly, the best I’ve had in all of Miami. The flavor, the tenderness of the meat, and the perfectly balanced broth were outstanding.

The tinto (Colombian coffee) was just perfect — strong, smooth, and full of flavor. The empanadas were also spectacular — crispy on the outside and deliciously filled inside.

Service was warm, friendly, and attentive. I left completely satisfied.

Sometimes the music is very loud, on weekdays is very busy and you must have to wait to be seated and service gets slow. “Excellent place to enjoy well-filled and tasty arepas. My husband and I went to dinner at this food truck and ordered a Reina Pepiada and a Catita. As seen in the photo, they come full with their filling, delicious and of the appropriate size. The attention is quite good, very friendly and respectful.
