“My husband and I went to get a healthy meal and found ourselves meeting the owner and chef, Omar. Super nice, helpful and enthusiastic guy. The burger was one of the best burgers we have had in a while (with homemade bread!) and the smoothie was delicious. You can tell all the ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. We can’t wait to go back and try more things from their menu. Also, Omar, the talented chef told us he offers meal prep service! That was a nice surprise for us and will definitely take advantage of that. Anyone looking for a good meal in the Gables area, we highly recommend!!“

“Such amazing food!!! Highly highly recommended!! Great prices!! Usually GF food is so over priced because of course it’s expensive as we all know. But their prices are amazing. Packed full of delicious food. Brisket was so tender and moist. Fruit was so fresh. I don’t do reviews very often, but this one had to be done. Cause it’s so good to find a place for celiac friendly food that tastes amazing. Crepes packed full!“

“What an amazing healthy tasty option. You think you’re eating not so healthy food when in fact all their dishes are high in protein and fiber! The muscle pizza is the yummiest but so are their wraps! Our go to when we are in the area! Service is amazing and it’s an ok place to eat very mom and pop shop.“

“I was very happy to visit this cute bakery/restaurant. My latte was excellent, and was made how I asked for it. The service provided was very good, and I felt that they responded to my questions very well. Nothing wrong in those areas. I also ordered a sandwich which was very good! Ample seating there was. The only thing I noticed was part of the table was dirty, but it was not a big deal.“

You select and buy food to your liking because the options are many, varied and with good presentation and then you select a good coffee prepared at the moment to your liking. If you don't want to eat, you go alone to choose the coffee and sit inside or outside to enjoy your selection. It's just that you leave confused and continue to the supermarket and what you see captivates you.“
