Customers also enjoy the Giralda and volcano rolls. The small rolls, which come in 5 pieces each, make it easy to try different flavors, including sushi, poke bowls, and sushi rolls like salmon sensation, passion fruit roll, and the special Toro & Caviar roll. The decor is beautiful, and the location is convenient in the heart of the Gables. KAE Sushi is a recommended place for sushi lovers. The welcoming atmosphere, delicious dishes, and great service make it a must-visit in Miami. The fish was beyond fresh. The salmon tartare had incredible silky texture. The Toro and Caviar Roll was phenomenally prepared. The Miami Roll blew your mind with plantain on sushi. Chef Landa’s fusion of tropical sweetness with traditional sushi was genius. The service was excellent and the food was very, very good.
