“I go here often for their delicious chicken salad sandwiches…such a nice healthy change from typical fast food. Nothing but great experiences here, and the rewards program is excellent. Good to see the owner so involved in the day to day running of the business. Very hard to keep sufficient staff at many of the Coral Springs restaurants,(***hint: if you have any concern at any small local business, always ask to talk to the manager or owner before plastering a negative review…small businesses deserve our support and welcome the chance to make it right). Sometimes I will take a container of chicken salad home so I can enjoy it at my convenience. Btw, just tried the broccoli salad as a side…my new favorite, and I usually don’t even like broccoli! I highly recommend this local establishment!“

“Takeout order online and picked up this evening. Food was very hot and fresh and delicious. We received everything we ordered slightly later than expected because they were extremely busy, but overall amazing experience from one of our favorite places to eat!“

“Made my online order of 9pcs, large fry, and four biscuits. Let them know at the window I would like to order the Freddy Fazbear box and was told it was discontinued. Now all the advertisement are still posted in drive thru and on the windows. Get to the window and they tell me we're out of biscuits and I can get another side. Well I don't like the other sides so can I have a chicken sandwich or 3 tenders
The manager says no. Ok I'll wait for the biscuits but would like five since your making me wait. Compensate the customer at least. Did not offer a drink, an apology or nothing. So now I'm waiting 10 mins for 4 biscuits. You advertise a deal you have discontinued which is false advertisement because it's even online.
They did redeemed themselves! The young man at the window went over and beyond. He gave me 7 biscuits and apologized. I only asked for one extra but the fact that he did more than the manager on duty deserves some form of appreciation fpr his commitment to customer service. Maybe he should be the manager or assistant manager. The chicken was fresh, hot, and, spicy as ordered. The fries were as expected. Management please note the young black man in drive thur saved you from a bad review as well as a complant to corporate. Take down all the advertisement for the Freddy box of you don't have it.“

“I go to this Chick-fil-A often and it's always good, food always warm and ready to go. But I write this interview specifically to shout out Ricardo. I was dining in with family and there was some rare mistakes in the order, very minor but I checked them with him and he fixed it immediatetly. So thank you Ricardo!“
