“I wanted to leave a review because of the exceptional service I received at the Chick-fil-A in Coral Springs, especially from an employee named Amadeo.
Amadeo is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a long time. He greets everyone warmly, walks around the dining area making sure customers are taken care of, and truly pays attention to people.
Tonight, my order had been forgotten, and without his help I probably wouldn’t have received it. He noticed the issue and went out of his way to check on it and make sure everything was resolved.
What impressed me even more is that this wasn’t the first time he showed that level of care. A while ago I came in feeling extremely sick and was standing because I felt so unwell. Amadeo noticed immediately and kindly brought me a chair so I could sit down. I’ve never forgotten that moment.
Employees like Amadeo make a place feel welcoming and human. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly deserve recognition. Thank you, Amadeo, for taking such good care of people.“

“The pollo a la brasa here is the real deal! Delicious! The garlic potatoes and cilantro rice go well. We got the plaintains as well, which were tasty. Friendly service. The rest of the menu looks great, so we'll be back to try some of the other traditional Peruvian dishes here. Enjoy!“

“Made my online order of 9pcs, large fry, and four biscuits. Let them know at the window I would like to order the Freddy Fazbear box and was told it was discontinued. Now all the advertisement are still posted in drive thru and on the windows. Get to the window and they tell me we're out of biscuits and I can get another side. Well I don't like the other sides so can I have a chicken sandwich or 3 tenders
The manager says no. Ok I'll wait for the biscuits but would like five since your making me wait. Compensate the customer at least. Did not offer a drink, an apology or nothing. So now I'm waiting 10 mins for 4 biscuits. You advertise a deal you have discontinued which is false advertisement because it's even online.
They did redeemed themselves! The young man at the window went over and beyond. He gave me 7 biscuits and apologized. I only asked for one extra but the fact that he did more than the manager on duty deserves some form of appreciation fpr his commitment to customer service. Maybe he should be the manager or assistant manager. The chicken was fresh, hot, and, spicy as ordered. The fries were as expected. Management please note the young black man in drive thur saved you from a bad review as well as a complant to corporate. Take down all the advertisement for the Freddy box of you don't have it.“

“Took my family here the day following Easter and everything was good. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The food was fresh and crispy. The manager (Jen) greeted me at the counter while asking for additional condiments which she provided. She also said that if I needed any other assistance that she would be happy to help. Overall, my experience was more than hospitable to say the least. If you like great customer service go check them out.“
