“Updated 01/04/24. I do hate to see great food /fast casual locations go down in service quality but here we are. It's been a while since I last visited and things have changed at chick-Fil-A, we ordered ahead as were aware lines get long, we arrived and sat in queue for approx 20 minutes and got our food. Now unfortunately we were missing key components of a successful lunch at Chick-fil-A. No straw for the strawberry shake, how can you miss a straw when it's in the name of the shake? Then no dipping sauce for the chicken strips or napkins to soak up the grease. Lastly both fries looked like someone snackd on them before we got them, about half the order of 2x mediums weres missing. Not at all like we are familiar with when eating here. Still the wife swears buy them so here we are and we're here to stay 🤷🏼‍♂️
11/19/ 23 all the food is yummy.
If you enjoy a good strawberry shake this is the place.
Store cleanliness is great, always someone cleaning up.
Food is always fresh and the cashiers friendly.
This location is very busy at lunch and can take upwards of 10 minutes after ordering to get your food.“

“I had a great experience at La Brasa Grill in Coral Springs. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was excellent. I ordered a quarter chicken with rice and beans for just under ten dollars, which I found to be very reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to going back to try more items on their menu.“

“Been to this store many times. Unfortunately the last two orders, I was not impressed. The large Tropi chop had the same or less amount of a small portion. I’m assuming it was busier than usual at the time of the orders. But other than that, great staff and clean place.“

“I ordered chicken, white rice and black beans. Lunch portion $8. The meat was fresh and tastey. The rice was mushy. The beans were good. I had a small salad. That was good. I like the cilantro sauce. I drank water. The salsa sauces were delicious, fresh and tastey. It came with a small, soft roll. I also ordered chicken soup during the rain storm. It was cold.! I threw it out. That was a waste of my money. I should have returned it.“

“I walked into KFC with the intention of getting “just a small snack.” Fast forward 20 minutes, and I’m sitting in my car covered in biscuit crumbs, my fingers glistening with fried chicken glory, and my willpower completely shattered.

Let’s talk about that chicken—crispy, golden perfection on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned like it was blessed by the Colonel himself. The mashed potatoes? Basically a warm hug in food form. And don’t get me started on the biscuits—so fluffy they could double as pillows if I didn’t inhale them first.

The staff deserves a shoutout too. They handed me my bucket of chicken like they knew I was about to make some questionable life choices, but they supported me anyway. That’s the kind of customer service I appreciate.

So, if you’re looking for a place to make sensible, responsible eating choices, KFC is not it. But if you’re ready to embrace deep-fried happiness and temporarily forget about your gym membership, welcome home.“

“Food salty, tables dirty, bathroom dirty, very difficult to place orders, employees that don't respond well bearly can hear them, not a smile unwelcome atmosphere, wrong orders all the time. This place needs help and better management.“

The amount of sauces per meal no matter which one you get is 3 than it’s an extra charge for each. They should make the sauces available for dine in customers to use as you eat instead of giving you baby tins that aren’t filled up all the way. I want to have all the sauces!“
