“The young lady working took such wonderful care of my husband and I! I have a pretty significant nut allergy and she made me aware of any potential risks from the ice cream AND she opened a fresh bucket from the fridge to make sure there wasn't any contamination!“

“Cool Nate’s Boba is hands-down the best boba I’ve ever had! I loved it so much I went two days in a row while visiting St. Augustine. Leah was wonderful—so kind, patient, and helpful. She helped me choose the right sweetness level (30% was just fine- not too sweet!) and even surprised my daughter with a custom drink when she couldn’t decide. My daughter absolutely loved it. Between the amazing drinks and the excellent service, this is a must-visit spot. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Really appreciated the vibe of the shop and artistry if the man making the ice cream. It was very satisfying to watch it be all made in front of you. Definitely recommend! I believe it’s organic ice cream as well which is a plus.

“We walked from our hotel & ordered pizza about .5 miles away. We were SO Happy that there was an Italian Ice & Custard place literally right next door. You ALL gave us a tasty treat while we were waiting & it was ABSOLUTELY Delicious!! And although you were BUSY & inundated with customers/tourists...you took care of each of us nicely & with a Smile!? When we come back to St. Augustine..we will return ✨“

“Quick stop in after dinner and it hit the spot! For the size ice cream sandwich you get, definitely worth the $8. The cookie grahams had a perfect crunch and soft chewiness balance especially with the ice cream.

“This trading post and museum in Saint Augustine is an amazing experience that has to be seen. The history is rich here and we'll worth the trip and don't forget to buy something from the shop. Finally jump on the trolly and take a tour of this amazing city.“

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! Next time I want some Poutine and another sandwich! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“We have been visiting our local Culver's a little more frequently, and each time we go in, the staff is extremely friendly to us and accurate with our orders. We even forgot to mention specifics for a concrete mixer custard, and instead of giving us attitude, they just made it happen. Great staff and great food (quality and quantity). We will definitely be going here from now on for our fast food needs.“

“I’m a regular here, usually stopping by Monday mornings around 8am on my way to work. I love this place—the coffee is great, and the cozy vibe inside makes it a perfect start to my day. The only issue I’ve run into during my last four visits is with the QR code scanning. I use a prepaid gift card on my app, and it often takes about five minutes to get it to work. Hopefully this can be smoothed out so the checkout process is as enjoyable as everything else here!“
