“I like Cracker Barrel and I'm grateful that Crestview has one. I just wish they would improve their portion sizes and make sure their waiters know what area they are serving. We waited and waited for someone to take our drink order. Our waiter was the guy that kept passing us by! We came very close to walking out after probably 10-15 mins. or more of waiting. This was around 3:45, 4:00 today and it was not busy! He did come by finally and stop at our table and apologize. You would think that he would have tried extra hard after that. Portion sizes in Crestview are not always the same as I've had in Destin (They do a great job!)... especially the okra. Barely enough! Why do you always skimp on okra!!!?? I asked for it to be crispy and it really wasn't. It used to be good but the last two times it has not been. Our waiter never even came back to offer refills of drinks. My husband gave me the rest of his drink instead. Sad! Please improve your training of staff and portion sizes!! The other thing I've noticed is that on busy days (like Sun. lunch) you used to start the wait list from the front of your restaurant which was wonderful! Now guests have to go back to get their names on the wait list and there are also people waiting to be seated. It's a mess!! Very chaotic! Please go back to having a hostess right upfront as you walk in. This was so much better and didn't crowd two groups of people in the same area (those waiting to be seated and those needing to get on the wait list). I like Cracker Barrel a lot but there is a lot of room for improvement in the one in Crestview!“

“Overall great experience and good food. Honestly I don't really have much to say about it other than it's doing great and deserves more customers. (Parking change wasn't really good though)

Parking: Right outside of restaurant but hard to park for new drivers just learning on how to parallel park.

Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair parts. It's a first come first serve situation. (Sadly)“

“Had the best breakfast ever. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast.
The last too weeks I went here have not been good with Jim the cook not there.. But yesterday, 10/28/24, two new cooks cooked. the food was cooked perfectly. Toast was actually toast and not warm bread. Hash browns were actually well done as ordered. The eggs and bacon couldn’t have been cooked better. Keep those cooks and I’ll return often with friends and family.“

“To bad there are a few that have had bad experiences. But we have eaten here many times and never a issue and food and service were outstanding. Please just check out all the positive reviews which are plentiful.“

“Bourbon steak and shrimp was a little salty. Charged $4 to add cheese to my steamed broccoli. Server said side salads were $2.99 but charged $5.99. However the server did correct the prices when I brought it to their attention. Dinner was ok I just know they can do better.

Dietary restrictions: Ask for no seasoning if you have salt sensitivities.“

“The food is good. Sometimes takes a bit to be seated for some reason, even in the middle of the day.

Check your bill. Some of the "3 for Me" combos don't ring up properly because the drink orders are put in first. A glass of water was the difference between my tab being $30 and $60.“
