“It is unbelievable that there are only a few employees that speak English at this Dunkin! Even the managers only speak Spanish. If it wasn’t for Madison, I would never come to this Dunkin! You guys are lucky to have her. She’s the kind of employee you want & desperately need!You need at least 2 Madison’s for every shift!“
“I am visiting for a week down in Davie visiting my GF and this DD is within walking distance, so I have had an enough strolls up the road to be willing to leave them a GREAT review. Not just the quality of food/ drink, the STAFF is awesome. Positive and friendly, helpful and sincere. I sat and did some work for about 45 minutes and I listened /watched as the staff took care of many customers and all looked satisfied. They also have one of those Baskin Robbin’s so they are VERY busy but seem to never be too busy to help their customers. JULIAN was super friendly, funny and nice while also taking his job seriously! I even watched as he was in midst of work he hopped over to give a small child the classic BR Free Sample - while having a smileOn his face! 10/10 establishment as we all know- not every coffee chain can be this smooth / clean/ friendly. Will continue to stop by on my visits ! Whole staff was RAD- but props to JULIAN for being great enough that I felt like taking the time to leave a review - A+++ work guys!
Parking: PLENTY it’s a big plaza but not too overwhelming - especially for a College Street- off University BLVD-
Kid-friendliness: awesome to the many kids I saw who wanted ice cream at the BaskinRobbins

“Best Dunkin' Donuts I’ve ever been to thanks to today’s experience. Been here many times over the years and it’s usually a typical experience. Food is ok for being fast food and coffee is usually burnt like every other place that does American coffee, but today specifically they were on a good one! The quality of the coffee and the food was incredible, whoever is managing the team and working today, they deserve a bonus for real because Dunkin has never tasted this good.“
“I walked in with my two kiddos and were immediately greeted by Nikki and Dylan (Kingg). They were both so cordial, funny, and more than willing to help us. My kiddos walked away very happy with their donuts and I with my coffee. It's refreshing to have such personable employees greet you these days! Thank you, both!“
“Always enjoy coming to the USA and seeing the differences between their stores and the ones we have in Canada. This Dunkin was great. Service was fast, staff polite. Not sure where the wishy washy reputation of Dunkin comes from but I've not had a negative experience. I do tend to forget that I have to say "hot tea" in the USA. Tea and coffee is always hot in Canada, only when we say ice(d) tea or coffee does it come cold.“
“This is a pretty good Dunkin for Florida (if you’re from New England you know what I mean!), but one of the managers gives off the vibe that if there were no legal repercussions, she would slap me across the face. For no reason - unprovoked. I am always pleasant with the staff - they are making my coffee, why would I be anything less than respectful? Anyway, apologies to the manager but I’ll be back many times“
“I’ve always loved Dunkin’ since 20 years ago when i lived in New England. I would still get Coffee from dd every now and then here in Fl and it was always still good. I don’t normally post many reviews but i would like to make sure that Taha (i hope i spelled it correctly:) gets recognized by management, as he is exceptional and ads that extra touch of kindness, patience and true human compassion every time you pass through the drive through window! The whole team in this location has always bin very friendly, and it’s always a treat to pass by for fresh cup of coffee and a friendly hello! ❤️“
“I travel and have been to many many locations and THIS place as the nicest staff and most efficient. This place is PACKED and the whole staff is as friendly and in the flow as can be. I really appreciate the kind energy and especially the manager was super nice!!!“
