had some of their prepackaged double wrapped food on Holland America cruise line. This type of pre cooked flash frozen food is generally not great, my experience is that chicken and cheese dishes don't fare well with freezing and defrosting. Beef hold up much better under freezing. I had short ribs, stuffed cabbage, pea soup, matzo ball soup, carrot cake and chocolate chip cookies. From start to finish - working with everyone at STERLING was a true pleasure! We just had my daughter's at Mitzvah this past weekend - and the relationship we created with Sterling makes me want to throw another party...just to work with them and their amazing team again! The food was delicious - friends and family are still raving about it. In addition, they responded quickly to all emails.
