Yesterday our office celebrated the day of the employee and their families. We chose Emilio to prepare the food for us. From my first call with Emilio I knew that we had chosen the best. Emilio, without knowing me, took the time to explain to me and gave me all the information necessary for our activity. He gave me the opportunity to try his plants before reaching a final agreement. Emilio’s BBQ catered our January 2020 wedding, and to this day people are still telling us how good the food was.We chose a dinner menu of seafood paella and churrasco with chimichurri with salad, fried plantains and yuca frita with mojo sauce on the side.
