“First time I went a few weeks ago, I had a cold turkey sub. I really enjoyed the freshness of the bread and the meat. It really tasted like a deli sub. It made me want to go back and try a hot sub. I went back today and tried a hot pastrami. OMG. I’ve been trying to find a place that made a pastrami sub the way I grew up eating it and remembering the taste. I have found it! It was phenomenal. Now I want to try the rest of the menu. If anyone wants to know: I ordered a hot pastrami with grilled onions, mayo, spicy mustard, and Swiss cheese. The lady who helped me (I believe her name is Leslie. Sorry if I’m wrong) was just as friendly as she was the first time. She was that way with everyone that came in. Both times. The wait was not really a wait. I will be going back and I recommend that you go too.“

“Awesome and extremely friendly owners and staff. Sandra and Melissa go out of their way to make sure the Customer is happy with their Oder. All food is made to order. Including the super fresh bread. Doesn’t get any better. Had a large menu and numerous selections. You’re gonna love it.“

“Out of all the subways I've been to the Mason Ave location is definitely one of the best if not the best! The food is quality & service is consistent. I'd especially like to thank all the staff for paying very close attention to details making sure everything is exactly as requested! “Damien is one of the best people I've ever seen working in deli super friendly and helpful while we ordered (my GF can take awhile deciding what to get) and he absolutely went above in beyond in serving us even offering to wrap up her leftovers unprompted.

The food is very good it's one of the best sub sandwich shops still in operation today I had the muffaletta sub this trip but the Ruben subs are also fantastic everything was very fresh.“

“Nothing of significance that sticks out from this Subway from the others. They provide a solid sub at the prices you expect. The facility was fairly clean and the staff was nice enough. Just an easy place to stop in and grab a sandwich before heading to the beach.“

“They were very busy. As in a doubled over line full of customers. Nonetheless my food was delicious and hot. I would have liked had they begun cooking it when I ordered it instead of 5 minutes later. Literally myself and another person who ordered a cook sub we're kind of just ignored for a bit. “I love Jimmy John’s. The food is always fresh and service is fast. But today wasn’t the greatest. I don’t look it and I don’t have a speech impediment, but I am mostly deaf. 100% on left and 30% on right. So getting mocked by your mullet man behind the counter because I couldn’t hear him wasn’t the greatest. I’ll admit I get it a lot. This day and age everyone would rather snap to rude than sympathetic. Also, he wanted to make a mocking effort at re checking receipt to call my name out when I came to counter but couldn’t double check to make sure he was giving me the correct items. Just a reminder disabled people don’t always look disabled. So please think of that before you decide to mock them.“
