“the restaurant is located in ocean jewels resort . the restaurant is extremely clean. I have food allergies an the lady let me read the labels , made my hamburger with cheese no bun. I substituted a fruit cup for French fries. that was a bit skimpy, even tho I paid a $ additional $3.00. my husband ordered BLT, he was happy with it . a bit pricey but the food is excellent and it's very clean. the only issue I had was the trainee perhaps? eating a biscuit right behind the counter“

“We were in Daytona Beach for vacation and staying at the Wndym Ocean Walk Resort. Starlite Diner was within walking distance so we decided to try it. Best food ever! we ate there 3 or 4 times during the week! Never a bad meal! Excellent service too! All the staff were attentive and food was served timely. 100% recommend!“

“Great good on Easter Sunday. Problem:,pieces of paper on the floor (at least 5 and one larger crumpled up piece) and none of the waitresses, or the help, would stop to pick them up. Also my Cabernet had so much sediment in the bottom it left a huge skid mark up the side of the glass. Seems like a change in managers or increased training.“

Didn't have several songs, Didn't allow "the F" word. it's a bar, with Karaoke after 8, in Daytona, you should be able to sing what you want!!! Not used to seeing children at a bar at 11pm. Didn't feel comfortable about children being at the Bar! Not very tasteful, especially at 11!“

“I took my niece and her friends there for her 13th birthday on Saturday for a fancy dinner. The staff here was amazing made her birthday extra special started with the menu she opened it and it said happy birthday with her name. Our waiters were amazing imagine how chaotic and loud four 13 year old girls can be but they didn’t skip a beat. Made sure their drinks were always full and very attentive that my niece said how did they know I wanted this. It was all around a great experience. Will be visiting again but if you want a loved one to feel special for their special day this is the place“

“I came for the vegan sushi options which, honestly exceeded my expectations. I see that the menu can be a little vague in some areas. But overall, was very happy with the Avo roll and the cucumber wakame roll. Service was also very accommodating. Would come back for sure.“

“First time ever visiting Cheddar's and definitely look forward to another visit. Ordered the chicken tenders with a loaded baked potato and corn. My son had the chicken pot pie. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Ordered a house and caesar salad on the sides, they were quite large (although I don't think the croutons were 'scratch' made) very cold and fresh. A lot of food for a incredibly reasonable price this day and age, benefits of being owned by Darden and having the buying power to offer these prices I would imagine. I'm not normally one to get too excited about chain restaurants, but Darden does really good with Long Horn and seemingly so with Cheddar's too.“

“We tried Steve’s on a whim while on vacation a few years ago. We were blown away by food. It all tastes incredible and the portions are huge. The homemade bread really stands out and they always have a couple tasty soup options every day. My parents often visit Daytona Beach and they eat at Steve’s Famous Diner at least once per visit. My mom loves the stuffed peppers and my dad gets the Monte Cristo sandwich. They eat the leftovers for the next two meals. I just tried the fried chicken in April and loved it. The servers are always friendly and attentive. The food comes out pretty quick too. I can’t recommend this place more.“

The owner stops at as many tables as she can to say hello and ensure your food and server are up to your expectations, even exceeding it! We always celebrate a special occasion here but don’t hesitate to eat here regardless if there is a special day. Kobe Beef Tataki, Sift Shell Crab with Mango appetizer and Pan Seared Scallops with Fried Asparagus are always my go to. However, the fresh sushi is irresistible so maybe one or two rolls get snuck in every once in a while. Can’t wait for them to open their second location. So stop by, relax, eat and enjoy. “So glad we stopped in. Delicious food for great prices. Our server Heather was awesome. We got the mozarella sticks appetizer, buffalo chicken salad, wings with seasoned fries, and american burger.

Our fav wing flavor hands down was the one reccomnded by the server -- Wally style sweet chilli with cajun dry rub.“

“I am so happy that this restaurant has vegan options! Plus they fixed my dish without oil. I should've asked for no salt, too, because I found my dish too heavily seasoned with something that they said wasn't salt but it sure tasted that way. Enjoyed that yummy green juice and ate the tofu and gluten-free avocado toast and sent back the potatoes for a fresh order, no seasoning. Perfect! They were happy to accommodate. “Great spot!! Smells delightful inside. Seems like a free space to relax and hang out, not just eat and run…..although I did take my food to go. Home made everything bagel was excellent!! They give you two little serving cups full of fluffy cream cheese to spread yourself, which was more than enough. The case was full of appealing desserts as well, which I could not resist. Tiramisu was tasty but maybe not as light as I’d hoped. More cakey. Anywho, I’d happily give this place another try considering how many treats they had. Please do the same!“
