“the restaurant is located in ocean jewels resort . the restaurant is extremely clean. I have food allergies an the lady let me read the labels , made my hamburger with cheese no bun. I substituted a fruit cup for French fries. that was a bit skimpy, even tho I paid a $ additional $3.00. my husband ordered BLT, he was happy with it . a bit pricey but the food is excellent and it's very clean. the only issue I had was the trainee perhaps? eating a biscuit right behind the counter“

When we contacted the restaurant about a possible lost credit card, Chris and the rest of his staff went above and beyond by locating the card, then personally mailing it to our home. “We were in Daytona Beach for vacation and staying at the Wndym Ocean Walk Resort. Starlite Diner was within walking distance so we decided to try it. Best food ever! we ate there 3 or 4 times during the week! Never a bad meal! Excellent service too! All the staff were attentive and food was served timely. 100% recommend!“

“We come several times per year when visiting my folks who live in Ormond. The food is good, staff is fantastic, and the beer selection is second to none in the area. The only thing I'd like to see is glasses as opposed to plastic cups for your fantastic beer. Looking forward to our next visit.“

Also my Cabernet had so much sediment in the bottom it left a huge skid mark up the side of the glass. Seems like a change in managers or increased training.“

The owner stops at as many tables as she can to say hello and ensure your food and server are up to your expectations, even exceeding it! We always celebrate a special occasion here but don’t hesitate to eat here regardless if there is a special day. Kobe Beef Tataki, Sift Shell Crab with Mango appetizer and Pan Seared Scallops with Fried Asparagus are always my go to. However, the fresh sushi is irresistible so maybe one or two rolls get snuck in every once in a while. Can’t wait for them to open their second location. So stop by, relax, eat and enjoy. “I took my niece and her friends there for her 13th birthday on Saturday for a fancy dinner. The staff here was amazing made her birthday extra special started with the menu she opened it and it said happy birthday with her name. Our waiters were amazing imagine how chaotic and loud four 13 year old girls can be but they didn’t skip a beat. Made sure their drinks were always full and very attentive that my niece said how did they know I wanted this. It was all around a great experience. Will be visiting again but if you want a loved one to feel special for their special day this is the place“

“The food & prices were excellent but what I loved most of all is their staffs honesty. I went while on vacation and left a package with all my iPhone, iwatch and AirPods. 3 was later I called & they had them. The general manager and manager mailed it to me. Of course I paid them but, who does this nowadays? Thank you for being amazing, can’t wait to visit again. You are officially m favorite place in Daytona.“

One of the guys gave us a discount card and wrote his name and 50% off on it, told us to come back and get half off next time due to their mess up, obviously that was a lie. Called to order one day and they said they can't honor the card, even went down there and they won't honor the card or keep their word. It's ridiculous, the guy working says he doesn't have the managers or owners phone number to call to verify. it's ridiculous! Won't ever be going back here and do not recommend, customer service sucks!“

I should've asked for no salt, too, because I found my dish too heavily seasoned with something that they said wasn't salt but it sure tasted that way. Enjoyed that yummy green juice and ate the tofu and gluten-free avocado toast and sent back the potatoes for a fresh order, no seasoning. Perfect! They were happy to accommodate. “Great spot!! Smells delightful inside. Seems like a free space to relax and hang out, not just eat and run…..although I did take my food to go. Home made everything bagel was excellent!! They give you two little serving cups full of fluffy cream cheese to spread yourself, which was more than enough. The case was full of appealing desserts as well, which I could not resist. Tiramisu was tasty but maybe not as light as I’d hoped. More cakey. Anywho, I’d happily give this place another try considering how many treats they had. Please do the same!“

“Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet in Daytona Beach is easily one of our favorite spots in town. Every visit has been consistently fantastic. The food is always hot, fresh, and well stocked, even during busy times. The all you can eat crab legs for just 29 are unbeatable. I have never seen a better price anywhere and the quality is outstanding every single time.

The sushi bar is always top notch with a great variety to choose from, and the hibachi station is one of the highlights. The chefs do an excellent job cooking everything exactly how you want it. There is also a huge selection of classic buffet items, fresh vegetables, seafood dishes, and desserts, so everyone can find something they love.

The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they keep everything moving smoothly. It is rare to find a buffet that maintains this level of quality and consistency, but Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet does it effortlessly. If you are in Daytona Beach and want a great meal at a great value, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!“
