“I have visited Ace Cafe Sanford twice. They did an amazing job on the building, decorations, and the store is over the top. The fish and chips Is a superb item!!! This is perfectly cooked and I honestly can say I’ve never had better fish and chips anywhere. I think that will be my go to item when I visit again. I also try to smash burger which was cooked and prepared to perfect perfection. Service was spot on, bartenders very fast and cordial. It’s obvious that management has put a great deal of effort into hiring all the right people. I live in Orlando, although we will be visiting Sanford quite often. PS we also enjoy seeing the cars and motorcycles in the parking lot Overall… Five star“

“I just want to say what an amazing place this is. We have been here many times and every time service is on point and food is amazing! We’ve had Taylor and Yez as our servers and they are both AMAZING! Tyra is so wonderful and remembers us every time and makes sure to take very good care of us! Jenna the bartender makes the perfect drinks! This place is where we should all be spending our money at. Not corporate places. They truly care about our experience! We will definitely be back!!“

“Culver’s is one of our favorite restaurants to visit. The staff is excellent and the food is great! However, there is one small issue I have. Make sure to bring a sweater or a jacket when you enter the building. It’s cold as an igloo in there! And eat the food quick or it will get cold. Other than that, it’s a great place to eat!“

“My husband and I intended to do the 1/2 price appetizers. Online stated 9, but it was actually 10. We arrived at 9:30 and I was not waiting around lol. Thankfully they had their two for $25 special where you could each get a salad or share one appetizer and you each get an entree. The last time we were there we got the three appetizers special and the mozzarella sticks were pretty good. So this time we got the mozzarella sticks as the appetizer to share, I got the grilled cheese burger with tomato soup and fries and my husband got the chicken fettuccine with a breadstick and a bogo beer deal. Service was quick, the food was good, and we were out of there for under 30+ dollars not including tip. Nice date night dining.“

“Stopped here before heading to the Amtrak Auto Train. It's small and has minimal seating, but I was greated and seated upon entering. They do have counter seating if the booths are full. The menu had a good variety, but I came for the breakfast. I had a simple egg and sausage scramble. It was good and the price was reasonable. The five star review is for the service.
The entire staff was great. Welcoming and genuine. My server was attentive and didn't mind me practicing my Spanish with her. 😆😆.“

“I recently visited Wing Express at 955 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL and ordered two hibachi chicken platters for takeout. Although the restaurant was quiet inside, they appeared busy with several to-go orders. I placed my order and waited around 20 minutes, which seemed reasonable given the circumstances. The chicken was excellent, but the egg fried rice was somewhat bland, and I noticed a few hard pieces of rice. However, the portion sizes were generous, and overall, I would consider returning to try a different dish next time.“

“Huge rave!!!! I just got home from dinner and have never been more pleased. I have Celiac Disease and a wheat allergy. My server, Sydney C., was knowledgeable about the GF options and even double checked with her manager. She even brought up cross contamination before I did and assured me it would not be an issue. I was actually able to enjoy a meal with my family at a restaurant, which is not something I have been able to do in a long time. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. “Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“

“Overall experience was very good and we will return to try out their happy hour menu as well. The Au Gratin potatoes appeared and tasted like an easy made box you would buy from a super market. The cheese burgers were over cooked even though we asked ahead of time to be sure they wouldn't be charred. We had to get a replacement meal instead of a new burger but it got handled quickly. The Coffee & Chili Pork Chop, Filet Mignon and Crab Cakes were great. All that said I still recommend but believe the cooking could benefit from some improvements.“
