“I ordered 7 chicken empanadas, 1 ground meat, 1 cheese, and 2 cazón—and honestly, I loved all of them, especially the cazón, which was my favorite. The flavors were great and the food was fresh, the mora juice was amazing.

One downside was the sauce situation. We asked for extra sauce, and at first, they refused, which was frustrating. In the end, they did give us one extra, but it felt like pulling teeth.

Also, the restaurant could definitely use some cleaning—it didn’t look very tidy. However, the staff was friendly, and the cashier in particular provided excellent service. Overall, good food with room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service flexibility.“

The chicken — whatever they bake it in — was actually really tasty according to them, though the rest of the food was just okay. The service was excellent: everyone was polite, friendly, and super professional. Overall, the place looks clean and well-run. I still wouldn’t personally recommend fast food to anyone, but if you’re already planning to eat this kind of stuff, this is definitely the place to go — you won’t go wrong.“
