Taco Bell in Deland

“I come to this one all the time, food is what you expect but the service is always good. The staff is friendly, I went last night and there was only a few cars in line but it took 20 minutes ; I could hear the car in front of me was being rude but the workers were very nice to me . They also gave me a few free taco coupons , that’s what customer service is! Good job“

“Food is already right but, especially in the afternoons, the drive thru wait is the worst. I always mobile orders. Today the car in front of me waiting ten minutes to have their order taken. Only one car in front of them at the window. I had to wait five minutes at the speaker, and again, already ordered online. I've been here 20 minutes at this point. Car in front STILL waiting on their $10 order. Idk if they need more staff or what but 20 minutes for a $10 order, and just as long waiting on a pre placed order is insane. I feel guilty ordering at this point. Or at least fix the drive thru so we can escape. I rather throw away my $5 order than wait that long but the drive thru has a barricade and I'm not trying to ruin my car

Edit: (about a year later) I haven't been in the drive thru since but I've recently have gone inside a few times. My orders have been correct and come out quickly, even if there's a bit of a line in the drive thru. Again, my biggest gripe was the drive thru and I still think they need to get rid of the barrier preventing people from pulling out. The lobby is always nice. I'm personally a big kiosk fan because I don't want to make small talk after a long shift and I can be indecisive and like looking at options, so mobile ordering and kiosks are my preferred order methods at fast service places. There was a massive pothole that has been fixed outside. I'm changing my scores to reflect recent service. I'll probably stay away from the drive thru but it has moved quickly in the time I've been typing in my car.“
