“I wanted to take a moment to leave a positive review because I don’t think employees get enough recognition when they genuinely make a great impression.
There is a gentleman who regularly works the drive-through window during the evening, usually around 5–6 PM, and he is always incredibly cheerful and friendly. Every time I see him, he has such a positive attitude and makes the interaction feel genuinely pleasant. You can tell that he cares about giving customers a good experience.
I’ve actually started choosing this Taco Bell over other locations partly because of how consistently nice he is. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who seems to genuinely enjoy what they’re doing and treats customers so well.
I unfortunately don’t know his name, but I hope management can figure out who I’m referring to and let him know that his attitude really does make a difference. He deserves the recognition.(he’s a Caucasian guy with a light mustache– that’s my best description)“
“I came after a long night lol almost 3 AM right when they close. And Alexandria, and the whole team were so calm, understanding, and kind. They helped me even with a line full of people and was so patient with Me! Would go again just in hopes that her and her crew were there“
