“To begin, Im very aware my order is a PITA🤣...its always custom..I take things off, I add things on(I use the app)... and still, my order is not only PERFECT every time at this location, but they are always SUPER nice about it! There have been a few other locations that I could tell were annoyed🤷♀ but not this one..the person at the window always reassures me that they dont mind making it custom at all. Im so thankful this is the closest location to my house!“
“A mistake was made on my order in the drive through and when I noticed, I pulled around and went inside where I was warmly greeted by Abby (I’m assuming she was the manager), and when I stated my issue she handled it in a professional and friendly manner! Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in years! Thank you 🙏🏾“
