Third time’s the charm!

Our first two orders, a year and several months ago, weren’t great. The pizza arrived a bit messy from prep, with toppings crossing from one side to the other, and some of the ingredients tasted stale. Still, the customer service was always courteous and responsive, so we decided to give store #1077 in Delray Beach one last chance.

We’re glad we did. This order reminded us why we’ve always enjoyed Papa Johns. The pizza was clearly prepared with care, featuring fresh ingredients throughout, including the anchovies, and generous portions. The unsauced wings were delicious, fresh, juicy, and cooked just right. The brownies were a great finish to the meal and, as usual, were fresh and delicious. Every box was properly sealed with a strong tamper-evident sticker, and delivery was fast.

It’s great to see the improvement. This order felt like it was prepared by people who genuinely care not only about getting an order right, but also about the quality of the products they serve and the reputation of their store, especially on a Friday night!
