“Super cute little spot and I am so glad I came here tonight! Got the Brisket & Burnt ends with mac & cheese and tots.WOW!!! EVERYTHING WAS TENDER & DELICIOUS!!!!! The sauces were fantastic with Kansas City sweet being my favorite 😍!!! This is a great small business in Dunedin that you all should go visit. I got to sample his new potato salad which I am praying he adds to the menu because it was frickin awesome!!!!!“

“My Memphis born husband stopped smoking pork and beef when we discovered Eli's. Whenever family visits, getting Eli's BBQ is a MUST. WE have enjoyed their pork, beef, beans,, coleslaw and sauce for many gatherings. Most recently we hosted a very large party. All the food was so good, people wanted to know where we got it! Ronni and the staff are good, caring people. The value ion the food, the service and the warmth of the owners and staff make it a "gotta come back again often" place. At this time there is road work being done in front, that makes it a bit difficult to get to, but it is worth the effort. It's right on the Dunedin Trail, so you can go by bike, or walk a bit further than you are used to on Douglas..“

“Makayla was an AMAZING server, so quick and polite. The brisket was pretty good, not the most tender but great quality and the sides and sauces made up for it. The coleslaw was the best I’ve ever had, not too sweet or too much mayonnaise flavor. Smoky sauce is perfect. Can’t beat the location either and a super clean place. Highly suggest this BBQ spot!“

“We celebrated my daughter’s graduation at PD this past week. The food was amazing all around and the service was absolutely impeccable! Definitely order the sweet potato fries appetizer and the burnt ends Mac and cheese! Thank you for a wonderful dinner! We will be back!!“

“The managers both Carlie and Justin were both very accommodating when I called to make a reservation for 20 to celebrate a birthday at the restaurant. Our server Devon did an outstanding job and was absolutely fine regarding our request for multiple checks. The food was simply delicious and the prices were reasonable. They allowed me to bring in a birthday cake and they served it for no extra charge. We were all extremely happy with the service provided and will definitely return!!“

“Came to get some bbq and get the crazy kids out the house. Aaron was our server and was very patient and kind to our family. Kids even ate free on Saturdays which we didn’t even know. Will definitely return hopefully to Aaron’s section.“

“Best soul food around Safety Harbor! We loved everything we ate- the fried chicken, seasoned green beans, collards and banana cake. Great family operation right inside the VFW. Find this hidden gem. The word is out.. Go get some and you will love it too!“

Nothing fancy and no phoo phoo BS just authentic barbecued food with all the traditional trimmings including sweet potato pie, smoked collard greens...the works.
Carryout only...best eaten outdoors IMHO.“

“THIS Is not a bought and paid for review... actual person who was told the wrong thing by a business about its stance on Veterans and service members. This is the exact review I left from Google with my response to the owner. Food was excellent Place looks great Price bad Treatment of veterans and service members...bad Guy ringing me up said my sandwiches I was ordering were 15.99 each. Then when he was ringing me up another guy says nope they are 18.99...wow. Also I served 33 years in Army and as I am ordering i remembered last time I was here a guy was getting a discount for being a fireman and the guy ringing him up said he honors all heroes. I asked for the military hero discount and was told only heroes they discount are firemen...bet you if our sheriff Bob showed up or any PCSO showed up you would offer them a discount as well. I am not a hero apparently as I am not a fireman but instead went to 2 deployments to over seas and multiple other deployments to help other countries and deploying units Wow wow ..thx for the good sandwich sorry you do not think the military or veterans are heroes.. ***Response to the owner*** I did let them know I was military and was told they only honored local heroes...so yes I let them know I was military, but if I have to explain I was in the military and did X, Y or Z to prove I am a hero then...wow. In regards to your comments about telling your team about my service to the United States of America: I have a Veteran stamp on my FLDL, I have VA ID as I am disabled from my military service, I have a military ID...is this not enough to prove I have served and done more than 90% have? And yes it stings that your business says that about Veterans and service members as we were the backbone of democracy.“

“This Longhorn is amazing! It is the best steakhouse in Pinellas County. Tammy H. of Store 5212 is friendly, polite, fast, and very knowledgeable of the items on the menu. The food was hot, tasty, and the salads and bread were very fresh. The steaks are cooked to perfection and my favorite thing to add is the sauteed mushrooms! Also, we always have the Southwest Schrimp appetizer because it is irresistable I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to everyone. 6 Stars“
