“Found SALT on Yelp! And decided to give it a try while I was in town for the weekend. Wanted a quick takeout- ordered the Brisket (got some "moist" and some "lean" - both were delicious) and some pulled pork. Also had the smoked Mac and cheese and the finest collards that I've had in a looooong time. Counter staff was amazingly friendly and the bill was okay, too. All things being equal? I WILL be back!“
“The server we had was so attentive and her customer service was top notch even though she was super busy, she was awesome! No problems with our service during dinner. However, I watched the manager for close to an hour just stand in one spot and overheard her continuously talking down to ALL of the employees. Servers were great but manager was extremely rude to all the staff in front of multiple tables.“
“Food was phenomenal. First time here. Didn't realize you got free hot pot on your birthday but the lovely man at the front offered a free beverage even after it was 1 day after my birthday. There customer service was expectional. Even cutting and checking our meat so we didn't burn it. Food quality was through the roof and prawns was the size of my hand. Great attention to detail. Best hot pot and BBQ in Tampa. I can't wait to go back. Nelson was our server and he was expectional and outstanding.“

“A Land O Lakes staple since 1985 and still going strong. The food was not just wonderful but incredibly reasonably priced. We were simply amazed at the pricing for such exceptional food. The decor is typical bbq restaurant, clean, and the staff is just as friendly as you would expect from any southern bbq restaurant. Also there is beyond ample parking. Love sitting in the main building watching them cut up the bbq. While the cobbler is good, those corn bread muffins are actually perfect for dessert. Really love going there for the relaxing friendly atmosphere. There is also a beautiful area to eat outside as well.“
“Food was very delicious! We got the bbq pork sandwich platter with tots and Mac as well as the bbq nachos. You could taste the smoke flavor on the bbq. I will note that all of the bbq sauces are sweet, which I like sweet bbq sauces so that was fine with me. They had some unique flavors of them too! I thought the prices were good for how much food we got. There is outdoor seating in the back and a little bit of indoor seating inside. The girl who took our order was very polite and answered any questions we had.“
“So I happened to try Mission BBQ technically for the first time. I had a family member who purchased a beef brisket, and we thought it was hers until she advised us that it was from Mission BBQ. Upon arriving, the store was very clean, and the service was outstanding. The cashier helped me and gave me recommendations on what to purchase as this was my first time, ordering an entire meal. I decided to get the lean brisket, collard greens, their cheesy potatoes, and it came with a piece of cornbread. All I’m going to say is that the food was very delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant!! I am a foodie, and I know what good eating tastes and feels like lol the brisket was seasoned to the T! The cornbread was hot and sweet, and melted in my mouth! The cheesy potatoes was very delicious and it tasted like sour cream could’ve been made with it. It was very creamy and delicious! I have not tasted the greens yet, but just know when I do I will close my eyes and do my happy dance because the food took me to a happy place! I literally contacted the manager , Matt, to let him know that I was sitting outside in my car and refused to pull off because I had to let them know how wonderful they did. “Good food, reasonably priced. They don't have a huge printed menu like other large chain BBQ places. Just look over the cashier for what you want. I recommend the black plate special. I've never had a smoked steak before, and you literally cut it with a disposable knife. It's my go-to, but they tend to sell out quickly at lunchtime.“

“Texas Roadhouse is our go to for relaxed dining with great steaks. Our server, Amelia, was great. My husband insists Texas Roadhouse makes the absolute best prime rib. Of course, the freshly made rolls and cinnamon butter are always amazing. Our rolls were brought to the table right out of the oven. Their large portions leave us little room for dessert - - maybe next time.“

“This restaurant is definitely my favorite place to get Korean style fried chicken. The flavor and spices of the chicken and chicken gizzards were perfect. The staff were very polite and ice when I came in. I ordered the small size of the Galbi fried chicken and I'll tell you what the small size was plenty of meat for one person, very tasty and fried perfectly. I also ordered a side of spicy chicken gizzards and they were perfect especially with their "secret" dipping sauce they provided.“

This was my second time in, my first time was also a great experience, they asked me if I had been in before and when I said no proceeded to take me on a tour of the place! This time I came in and they just made me feel like family. “The Brisket Boys” as I like to refer to them in my head, were all so kind and inviting, felt like I’d known them all my life. The food: well this is the only place in Tampa that is frying in pure beef tallow. Every other place that boasts “tallow fries” actually cuts the tallow with some kind of seed oil. I avoid seed oils like the plague, so this means a lot to me! Even the gravy I dipped my fries into didn’t have any sketchy ingredients. The brisket was melt in your mouth and I loved the seasoning. I highly recommend The Brisket Shoppe!“

“I’ve been going to Perry’s since I was a little girl. On weekends with my family, we used to stop by here together, after perusing through the mall, and would have a nice meal together. The employees were always so friendly and kind each and every time. The quality is always amazing, the portion sizes are huge and generous, and the food is always fresh. I have never been disappointed coming here and despite there being newer locations, this one still has my heart after all this time. Over the past twenty years, the mall has changed a lot and has gone quite downhill. And yet, Perry’s is still the same. I came back here today after not visiting for almost 6 years. As expected, the food was exactly how I remembered. This is such a good spot for Chinese takeout and you really get your bang for your buck (a basic combo is somehow only $10 even in this economy)! “I haven’t been here in years. Stopped in for drive thru on a whim got a half slab of ribs some slaw and collared greens. The ribs were so juicy and they tasted amazing even without sauce. The greens were just the right amount of Smoky and spice didn’t need hot sauce. The slaw was very good too not much mayo sauce but it has a little fruit for sweetness. Drive thru was fast too compared to others. Worth it“
“We first found them in Canton, Ohio and was hooked, the BBQ food. Now they are here close to our home, Odessa Florida. Love that they are veteran and first responder dedicated to supporting us.
