At 3:30 PM on a Friday. It took them 10 minutes per person in line. After being 4th in line when I arrived, 1 person bailed ahead of me, about 20-25 minutes of standing in line, they told me I couldn't get the chicken sandwiches because they were still frozen. They didn't want to cook a frozen one.
Rung up and paid my order and THEN they proceed to tell me they are out of Mac n cheese. Then after it takes almost 10 minutes to get the Mac n cheese refunded they give me 3/4 the food I ordered. I'm thoroughly frustrated but at least the employees were nice and while I didn't get my entire order, the chicken was pretty good. Would eat again, but definitely remember to ask questions and check your food.

The food was good, but I'm tired of going here during lunch to wait in line for almost 30 minutes because the staff doesn't know how to manage a lunch time rush. My lunch break is only an hour. Ridiculous!
