“I used to work fast food. I get it's not a job one would necessarily be happy with. But that doesn't exactly mean someone should be ignorant of their own job. It's a common thing here. There's a select few individuals who actually know their job and provide good quality service. However, customer service skills do not reflect their kitchen skills.
