My husband & I have eaten here many times by ourselves & with friends. We’ve been seated at the bar & at a table. We’ve always experienced good service. We like the variety on the menu & we think that the prices are comparable to the quality of the food. We especially like their homemade soups, French dip, burgers & French fries. It’s a nice & clean place to go with entertainment & good food. It can be a little loud with the room acoustics, but other than that, we like it!

The restaurant has an extensive comfort food menu, most of which is very good to excellent. There is a large tiki bar, but it is only open during the high season in Florida. The restaurant is situated just off Placida Road on a pretty little creek, and the gravel parking lot next to the restaurant is snug, but there is plenty of parking available on the grass. The restaurant offers a great selection of burgers, beer, and sandwich options, and the mussels are delicious, but guests should remember to ask for a dish for the shells. The service is friendly, and the restaurant has a casual atmosphere that is good for groups.
