“I really like the warmth and layout of this new store. It has lots of comfortable seating, small group areas, high tops and they brought back the long bench seat. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. This store removes the barista counter from being the focal point and has more windows.“

The entire staff is amazing, and I appreciate how they always greet me by name whenever I enter and sometimes even have my usual order ready by the time I go up to pay. “I visited this shop for an emergency cold brew after a long day. I was greeted, and politely asked to wait. As we were waiting, my son and I looked at the array of delicious looking donuts, and settled on the *special* flower donut. I was again greeted by Chris, who by the way is one of the nicest human beings I've met this past week. They made my weird order perfectly, and even was able to remind me of an ingredient that I had forgotten to ask for. I am thankful that this is the Dunkin I stopped at today.
