“food was amazing. and customer service was on point!!!!!!! seemed like they had to manager's on duty and they where walking around taking care of the customers needs. it was a big turn around from the last time I was there!!!
Parking: it had plenty of parking that was very easy accessible.“
“I visited this Burger King in Eustis, Florida for the first time today. I like to go inside to check out the condition of the restaurant before ordering. After entering the dining room where you'd order in person, I noticed that there was only one employee operating the Drive Through Window and the Ordering Area inside. This gentleman made sure to acknowledge me as a customer and letting me know that he will be with me as soon as possible. I told him that wasn't a problem, since I wasn't in a hurry.
After waiting awhile, another employee showed up to work. The gentleman who was by himself and doing an awesome job, even taking orders outside to other customers; still came over to me a asked me if he could take my order. I gave him my order and I asked him, to personally prepare my order, because I noticed that he changed gloves when doing the orders. He was more than happy to obliged.
When he handed me my order; I said to him "that he must be the Manager" to which he answered No. I asked his name (Milton W.) because I was so impressed by the way in which he handled the restaurant all by himself and being so polite during the whole process.
***To the CEO of Burger King, you have a gentleman by the name of Milton, who is an outstanding employee and who deserves some type of recognition and promotion from you. Milton, thank you for your great service. You certainly crushed the stereotype of all fastfood workers, not caring about their jobs.“
