“AMAZING donuts! The classic glazed is perfection and everything goes up from there! Beignets? Delicious! Takes me to New Orleans! Eclair? Great creamy center! Apple fritters? Too good! There is not a bad donut in the restaurant. Also the breakfast sandwiches are my current obsession! Stop what your doing and grab a donut!“

“I'm not one to complain about things..I used to work at dunkin for 2 years..I normally stop on my way home to get an iced coffee an bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.. 6 out of 10 times I get the maple bacon or the pepper bacon instead of regular bacon, the first 2 I do not like..i get its busy and people are training and mistakes happen.. but its annoying.. I have to take the bacon off my sandwich and eat it that way...its happened at 2 stores I frequent..“

“They always get my drinks right, I ask for loads of Caramel beyond normal amounts and they oblige.
They ask if I'm OK or going through finals at college but I inform them it's just what I need when dealing with 3 kids. Better then Starbucks and the donuts beat out the slop at the local Burger King and Mcdonalds.
Parking: Directly across from the Dominos.
Wheelchair accessibility: Big enough place, easy to get around.“

“I will have to say Mary is one of the greatest service people of that Duncan she is always smiling always in a good mood even after today when it's rude fella came through with a 20-foot trailer behind his ginormous pickup truck and ran over everything in their drive through. She still had enough energy and enough spark in her heart to where she still satisfied every other guests that came in after him. She even dealt with the man's insults. With a smile on her face. And kept the pep in her step. Only if I knew the entire roster by name I would leave all of the ladies that treat me with the utmost respect and the greatest service in Orange Park. Please if anybody in corporate or management happens to read this. I am in that dunkin' donuts very often. And Mary is one of the main reasons why I am. And I also want to include the rest of the roster of that Dunkin. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Definitely my favorite store and I will continue to come back.“

“I went through the drive through today. Asking for the sourdough breakfast sandwich toasted extra and 2 large coffees for the very first time. I got everything I wanted perfectly added Dunkin Donuts. Rihanna was the young lady who cooked my food. Absolutely. Perfectly to the way I asked. And the gentleman at the window was very courteous and very professional. This is my best experience. Added. Dunkin' Donuts in years. Thank you to the whole crew. At the Dunkin Donuts on sunbeam for starting off my day perfectly professionally. Incurteously thank you so much“

“this DD is the best customer service - I went to the one on Wells rd yesterday and did not have a good experience - I went into this store#1 and told a nice young lady named Lexi what happened, she listened and said she would relay the info to the mgr - she then asked for my order and filled both requests and did not charge me - she said she wanted to make up for the bad experience I had yesterday - thank you, Lexi for excellent customer service - this store never disappoints. Kyle is another great employee here🙂“
