“We love Salty Dogs in downtown Inverness. It’s our favorite eatery in which to dine, knowing we will get excellent food and service every time. Everything is made in house and nothing is fried. From their salads to entrees, it all comes out in a timely manner with a smile. Jessica has waited on us a number of times, and she is always friendly and accommodating. All of the waitstaff are completely capable. The beer selection is diverse with plenty of time to enjoy the barley pop before our meal arrives. My only critique is that it is generally very loud inside. We’ve asked that the music be turned down a skosh but have been told that the management will not allow it. Easily solved by sitting outside in the cooler months. All in all, highly recommend.“

“This is our towns hidden gem. The chef is at the top of her game. Everything we have had so far is cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. If you are looking for great service, look no further than Jerri. Best waitress in the south! The menu is unique and plentiful. Something delicious for everyone. My family can't recommend this café enough!“

“I had absolutely the best meal I’ve had in a long time from this fine establishment this evening. I enjoyed the trio, my choices were hot honey boneless wings, chicken quesadilla, and the wonton tacos. When I say this meal came to me perfect, I mean it. The presentation was excellent, the taste was outstanding for every item and I would definitely order again !! Thank you Applebees staff Inverness
