Demurs Fine Tea

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. Great tea when we bought it at local farmer’s market, but ordered online on 9/26 and have yet to receive our order. Emailed John and was told on 10/12 it would be shipped that day or the next, and still nothing. Now they’re not responding to email or calls.

I discovered Demurs Fine Tea while visiting the Farmers Market, and was very happy to speak with them and learn about their organic teas. They have superior customer service and the best teas in town. Thank you so much for being approachable and caring for the environment.

I placed an order online for over $50 worth of tea on August 9th and as of October 15 I still haven’t received it.

I emailed the customer service email, no response. In early September, I called and spoke to someone who assured me they’d send it out immediately. About 3 weeks later I got a shipping notification email. I received the “rate your experience” email and nothing ever arrived. Round two, I received the shipping email and still nothing.
