I went here as an alternative to the awful Dutch pot across the road and it was night and day, although not 5 start the atmosphere here was way better, the service was way better and the food was more than acceptable. I would eat here again.
It's ashamed to be so close to Caribbean country and just to be serving basic dishes. But sorry to tell you the up north Jamaica and Dominican put more love and flavor into providing a better product. Maybe yall should have stayed on the boat a little longer.
I frequent at Donna's 4 out of 5 days in the work week to get their lunch specials at the Broward Blvd location because the staff is really nice to me and they give a sizeable portion. Today however a very new young employee although very pleasant serves a kid's size portion of rice and some dried up chicken that was nearly just the bone for me for lunch. I was so disappointed. Will go the restaurant tomorrow and tell them. If you hire someone new, let them know what...
