“I have been to this restaurant twice and had the jerk chicken with rice and peas (and oxtail gravy). Both times were excellent! The food is cooked fresh and is flavorful and delicious. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel at home. The atmosphere is nice and comfy. Just people sitting, conversing, and enjoying good food. I will definitely come back again and try something different on the menu. That jerk chicken is hard to resist, though!“

“My family and I traveled to Miami for a mini vacation, we went to Ft. Lauderdale to visit and found this amazing restaurant. It’s call the “Peoples Choice” and it has amazing Jamaican cuisine. It’s a must to visit! When we visit again from Indianapolis, Indiana, we will definitely be back for an awesome meal. The owners we great people!“

“Their veggie patties are the best around and their fish meal on Fridays are the best. I don't eat meat so I can't tell you want the other meals taste like but it looks like they do very well with the customers, so they must be doing something right?“

“We were visiting Fort Lauderdale and wanted some Jamaican food so I was told that Donna's Caribbean restaurant sells Jamaican food and was quiet please. I purchased the king fish and curry goat dinners and the rest of my guess got Ox tail dinner and stew chicken.“
