Noodles Panini Reviews
The freshness of all items that were tried, and loved by my wife and I. This is a great local place that treated all guest the same, very informative and knowledgeable of the handmade daily menu items. If you pass this one up while in Fort Lauderdale, you did miss something special.
I went here for the Barstool Social Espresso Martini club. In order to get a “free martini” you have to buy an appetizer and an entree. Which ends up costing about $50 for a “free” martini which I did not really enjoy. I’ve had better ones for less money. I did like their eggplant rolatini and their bruschetta was good, too.
Noodles Panini is a Las Olas institution. Nothing has changed here in the last 20+ years, including the menu as far as I can tell. Best paninis, pasta cooked properly, a quiet wine bar setting with honest food and no frills. The chopped salad is the only salad in Broward County that I honestly look forward to eating.

Noodles Panini is a quaint and intimate Italian restaurant that has received mixed reviews, but overall, it offers a positive dining experience. The service is a highlight, with staff providing friendly and attentive service. The restaurant features a variety of dishes, including spaghetti and meatballs, penne à la vodka, and bolognese with linguini. The meatballs are some of the best and have been praised for their delicious taste. The Caesar salad is light and crisp, and the towering bruschetta is a must-try. The tiramisu remains a standout dessert. The restaurant also has a large selection of reasonably priced Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand, making it a perfect spot for happy hour, which runs seven days a week from 3 to 6 pm. The ambiance is described as pleasant, and the owner is often present on site, with Brent being praised as a wonderful chef. Despite being a small space that can get busy, the service is still perfect, providing a good balance of attention.
