This is hands down the best spot in Lauderdale. My boyfriend found them on Instagram & I thank god he did. Even though I’m sure he regrets it cause I make him drive all the way from Miami to get me a plate hahaha. Food is so fresh and flavor is out of this world. You have to come here I swear you won’t regret it.
We are in town for the superbowl and wanted some good food. We have ate soul food in L.A., St. Louis, Omaha, and Kansas City. This is by far one of the best! The food is made to order, fresh, hot and full of flavor. If you want something good to eat Rhythms 2.0 is a must! Chicken, shrimp, , yams and macaroni is all some of the best food we've ever had!

The best food around mannnnn. Listed I been going to them before they moved to there new location. Everyday I use to get off the school bus I would go to rhythms. I use to walk from home just to get some rhythms. Listen if you ain’t know now you know!!!!! Y’all gotta come out and try it. You will not be disappointed!!!!! ???
