“We came a few days after grand opening so we understand they are still working out the kinks. The service was a little slow. The food took a little long to come out. We had someone bring water to the table, both of us said hello and we weren’t even greeted. Kinda made us feel uneasy but our waiter made up for it. I wish I could remember his name. He was extremely polite and explained rhetorical menu very well. Gave great recommendations. Once the food came out it was pretty good. Drinks were slow coming out as well but once it came to the table it was really good.“

“Great sushi. They did have fresh fish options but they also have rolls for the cooked sushi lovers. The baked salmon roll is really good. There are a lot of options including specialty rolls without the extra high prices. They even have combo roll platters. I'll be back.“

“First time going to Kubo and the food, service, and atmosphere was all great. I had the Hawaiian Poke bowl, and my partner had to the Unagi (Eel) Poke bowl. We were both very happy and satisfied with our main dish. The miso soup was little over salted but a splash of water calmed that down real quick. I ordered an app of Tako Yaki which I also enjoyed, just wished they gave 6 instead of 5 balls lol.
My friend that was there as well ordered like the fried chicken bao bun. It was so good she placed a 2nd order after getting her main dish of Shoyu Ramen, which she also thoroughly enjoyed. Had to loosen a button after that meal
We do plan on coming back to again to try more of their great food and maybe even get a dessert because I saw on the menu there was a basque cheesecake that I really wanna try 😅“
