“Food was hot customer service great! I always call him Georgia but the tall young black man (manger) who works the window, his customer service is top notch, very professional, prompt and always makes sure the food is hot. Give that man a raise!“
“If you order on the Wendys app, but they don't have an item available when you get there (ie. Cleaning the frosty machine an hour before they close. It's happened to me twice) you will only be able to get a refund on the app if the order is unprocessed. However, if the cashier processes the order, you will not get a refund because the app will tell you when you go there to cancel, that it's been processed. Your only option is to order something else equivalent to what you paid on the app.
Also, at the drive thru, customer service is out to lunch. I say thank you everytime, but have only heard it once or twice in the two dozen times I've been there. You don't have to mean it. You just SHOULD say it, Thank You, You're welcome, Caio, Adios, Top of the day to ya, Go fly a drone ay. Enjoy.

“This review is based on what my son said. So my son and his family was visiting from Tallahassee. I was driving them around and they wanted to get some chicken nuggets for my grand baby And some burgers and fries for my daughter in law
And they said the chicken nuggets are the best and baby loved it.“
“The staff always gets my order on the drive through correct, they often give off a much better energy to where you feel welcome to ask tor extra things like extra sauce or a cup of water. The food quality here in terms of fast food is always far up in comparison to other food places. Their spicy nuggets are beyond satisfactory. The classic Wendy's chillies and their baked potatoes are always a treat, I always get a good amount of crackers when I ask it in order too. their chocolate chunk cookies are the best major fast food chocolate chunk cookies I've ever had from most places, especially for the the price of $5 for 5 large sized chocolate chunk cookies. It's hard to beat wendys in this regard. Especially the spicy niggets, the quality and number of spicy flavors for these nuggets. They easily outdo any *spicy* nuggets served by let's say burger king or McDonald's. The inside is large, clean and welcoming, very much reminding of times I went on vacation to other states in spades of long distance driving. Overall in terms of fast food I rank Wendy's and this Wendy's in particular as near the top. If you're wondering for a fast food spot to go. This Wendy's is highly likely to serve you well.“
“Hi my name is Mark Anthony and I came to the drive thru tonight at 7:30 pm order # 3321 order type:PUW, and RAMON was great to talk to while taking the order, his customer service is a 10 stars and above. I would highly recommend keeping him and do not allow him to go also. People like him I can see grow very big in your company, and as an actor I really do appreciate people like him & the team he makes you feel like you can come back and just order thru the drive thru, even if your not hungry just to hear his great up beat while taking your order. I would love to do a Wendy's commercial with him asap and if you can see that through with the marketing department.

“I only use the drive through about 2-3 times a month for lunch and every time for the past 2 years- order spot on. No wilted lettuces and pickles just thrown on sandwich like MacDonalds. I let them know every-time they should teach what their doing to other places. The lady at the window is always nice.“

“Like usual, Wendy’s is always an amazing fast food place to eat. I downloaded the Wendy’s app and was able to get a 10 piece nugget for free with the purchase of anything over a dollar. Of course I got the strawberry frosty that’s been advertised like crazy and it was delicious. I also got the ghost pepper ranch sauce for my nuggets (that were already spicy) & it had a decent kick. The chairs were leather and very comfy. Definitely will come back. Only thing was that they spelt my name Cedric incorrectly. I took a picture of the receipt and showed how my name was spelt on the receipt (never seen my name spelled this way lol )“
“I use the drive-thru for a quick breakfast. Ordered the breakfast burrito meal with a Coke. I was expecting a
McDonald's-size burrito.
What I got was enormous and delicious!! And no greasy hash brown patty, no no no, The breakfast potatoes were seasoned just right, so yummy!“
“Great team members! My wife and I ordered a meal each and decided to get a chicken sandwich to share. I absentmindedly told the team member at the drive through this fact. “Traveling and needed a quick bite. Grabbed lunch at 11 and the Jr cheeseburger, sm fries and regular coke where sure fresh. Very satisfied with the drive thru service. They gave me everything I needed and did not have to go in and ask for anything extra.“
