I hit the drive through on lunch break and was pretty surprised to be met with big smiles and extremely polite people working at the windows. And cherry on top the food was fresh. Very surprised. Very satisfied. Good shift.
This is the third time in a row that I order something, and they always upcharge. If I order a #7, they secretly make it a double and LARGE. I didn't order a double or LARGE. I swipe my card not realizing until its too late.
Waited almost half an hour for my food and they didnt have one of the items I ordered online. The replacement item was mediocre. They had a staff of 4 including a manager during this shift. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they had 2 cars while we waited. Staff is slow and unfriendly but atleast not rude. Definitely only visit if you have the time just dont expect smiles or hellos upon your arrival.

Wendy's provides top-notch service with polite and prompt employees who make customers feel important. The food is fresh and of high quality, with excellent burgers made to order. The sitting area is clean, although it can get a bit chilly on cloudy and rainy days. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customers receive their orders promptly, making the experience feel more like a sit-down eatery. The workers are friendly and helpful, and the restrooms are clean. Customers can spot a large portrait of founder Dave Thomas smiling down at them. While the wait time may be longer than expected, Wendy's exceeds expectations with its warm welcome and efficient service.
